Enjoying Autumn at Rothoffsparken | Eskilstuna

The summer is slowly fading away and before winter starts last week we decided to drive to Eskilstuna which is approximately 1 hour and 30 mins from where we live in Stockholm. During September and October here in Sweden, there is autumn and the trees start to change color from green to light red and yellow, which is very beautiful to see. Last week on friday mamma and pappa looked up some beautiful places we could visit and decided to go to Rothoffsparken, Eskilstuna.

According to their website, Rothoffsparken is Eskilstunas oldest landscaped park with a botanical focus. When we were there we saw some rare collections of plants and flowers that were new to us, now after the visit, reading on their website it says that the purpose of the park is to teach and inspire people about plants. The parking was on the backside so we entered from there, so the first thing we saw was all these collections of plants and flowers with their names written down on a plate. When we kept walking there was a bridge and far away we could see enormous trees and the leaves had a shade of red, orange and yellow. Exactly what we wanted to explore, the trees were big enough to cover everything around and the colors the leaves had were so calming and beautiful that you just wanted to stand there and watch and enjoy. I tend to not take pictures sometimes, as I love to enjoy what I see and forget. So I had to take pictures from mamma who took these amazing pics of the trees.

It was a day with sun shining right on the tree and despite it being 4 to 5 degrees we didn't feel like it at all. The sun shining on the leaves were just amazing and so refreshing to watch, I can't even explain the feeling.

Right, while exploring, we thought of taking pictures and here are some breathtaking shots @hamza-art took of me.

After exploring we were about to go back to the car when mamma had an idea of me running towards here while she would record me in slow motion, the idea was great and as I love to run, we gave it a try. After a few takes with jacket and without this was the end video which we all liked. Every weather and season has its own feeling and beauty, that's what I have learned from my parents and you should have the sight and feeling to find it and enjoy it. I will end the blog with my running video and see you guys in the next blog, Good bye.
