Friday has arrived and along with it the long-awaited weekend commitments, it is a pleasure for me to participate in each of these challenges and learn a little about each participant, I wish everyone good luck and blessings 🤗
My collection is not about cans, records or anything like that, it is about the gifts of nature, as I narrate my post I will leave photographs of my beautiful plants, cacti and succulents showing you my beautiful collection.
A few years ago my life changed resoundingly, I work in a vehicle for public transport, work that occupied a large part of my day and the hours were counted, which I had to dedicate to my home, just in the year 2016 in my country an extreme crisis broke out, as well as crime broke out and my vehicle was stolen and right from that moment I was left without a job.
Since then I began to spend a lot more time at home and to keep my mind occupied I was gradually gaining an interest in collecting plants, I have always been a lover of nature and all that it includes, but due to my work, I have not I had enough time to dedicate myself to this, but as we say in my country "there is no evil that does not come for good", thanks to the bad experience that I lived was that I started collecting plants but standing out a little more cacti 🌵 and succulents
This type of plants has something that differentiates them from other plants, and that is that they do not require as much care and resist various climates, which in my country is common, here the climates are very variable one day it can be sunny and after a while raining heavily, apart from the fact that these types of plants beautify any environment, be it your home or office, it is always good to have a beautiful cactus.
There is also something that I really like about cacti and that is that they are plants that give us quite striking and surprising flowers, each one with its characteristics and beauty to delight us with its beauties and colors.
Along with my collection of cacti and succulents, I also have some other species of plants, medicinal, fruit, palm trees, and one in particular, which I was recently able to enjoy and delight in its beautiful flowers, it is a plant called wax flowers. A friend got this for me.
I will tell you: she wrote a Post talking about this plant, when I saw the photographs and saw how beautiful and strange it was, I asked her where she got it and she told me that a neighbor had this plant and wanted to make a post talking about it , since it had also seemed a bit particular to him.
A few days after talking with her, she came to my house and brought me two branches of this plant as a gift. My happiness was quite enormous and I planted it immediately. After that, many months passed, my plant became quite leafy, but its flowers did not they went out
For me it was quite sad, since I thought that it would never give me one of its beautiful flowers, and it was just a few days before my birthday, that this plant gave me the most beautiful flowers, I was able to take many pictures of it and just today my plant reopened one of its beautiful flowers, which I want to share with you.
Collecting plants is something quite pleasant, it keeps you entertained, it allows you to recycle in some way, since all the containers you get are flowerpots, cups, soda cans, cans, among others, it helps you relax enjoying its beauties and it also beautifies your home.
Thank you for your visit and support, you will even have an opportunity, luck and blessings for everyone 🤗
I love cacti and succulents, but I don't have much space, so I don't have as many as you do. And the flower on the plant your friend gave you is beautiful. I don't remember seeing that plant before.
It's true it's an unusual flower and that makes it very special, having a cactus is wonderful I would like to see yours 🤗, thank you for reading my post and commenting, greetings 😊🖖
I am new to this community and I follow you with excitement. Like you, I love cacti and I have small cacti at home. 😊🌵
It's good that you like cacti, they are beautiful. 🌵😊

That's a great collection of them that you have. I would personally like to have some more, but my cats usually end up eating them.
Luckily my cats don't touch my plants, but my sister's kitten does eat them 😂 and she can't have cactus or any plants, thanks for commenting, greetings 🖖
