NP, I understand that you are such a busy person and can't remember every comment made.
I try, and feel I do a reasonable job at it, but there's times I simply forget something, like with your phone issue; it's not the end of the world I guess, but I like to remember as much as possible.

Nope, I don't get frustrated with comments coming in, I love it; I've built my account up from nothing based on engagement with others, opening and building, then nurturing relationships. I love seeing people comment and I get some really great ones which I work hard to respond to with value and relevance.
