So today I brought out my whole stack so I can actually write down what I have
One thing I have noticed is my super lack of junk silver
Turns out, all in all, I only have $7 of junk silver
Now obviously I can sell that $7 for a lot more than $7 due to the silver count
But to measure my wealth in the face value instead of what I can sell it for is a fun little experiment
$7…
That is not much
But $700… that doesn’t sound like much… but it’s actually a lot
You know all those stories about how hundred years ago, how $7 would actually take you pretty far
I am sure you can eat really good for the week with that sort of money
Maybe even the month depending how far back you go
There was a time with $20 you can get a full cart of groceries…
Nowadays a big pack of bounty is $20 and they aren’t even as good quality as they used to be
But this coin from 100 years ago seems to have gone “up” compared to what it was meant to be worth
It’s quite the trip… but if we ever go back to this unit of exchange then those with the junk silver will be really well off in this new world

I'm expecting Common U.S. Coinage to increase 100 Fold in Spending Power... Junk Silver will do 10 times better than that...
Gotta stack hard before the flip
It even gets better in Phase Two and Three...
