Bitcoin in the hands of large investment funds

Today a doubt has arisen in my mind after all the FOMO and the Bitcoin BOOM that is again about to reach new highs!
I want to share it with you, it's just a doubt that came up to me and that maybe, just maybe in other space has been discussed but in my case I have not seen it discussed yet.
The case is the following.
What would happen if...
In a hypothetical case that large investment funds and even a few governments with enough power were given the task of buying all the bitcoin that is on the market, that is, make the decision to buy in one fell swoop everything in the centralized and decentralized exchanges, in addition to keeping track of the large and small miners that every now and then sell their positions in order to continue their operations, do it in a moment of shock, i.e. without waiting for a single run at a single moment and offering a price 20% or more above the market price, i.e. imagine that you could possibly have in your possession 70/80% of Bitcoin in circulation!
Of course for this scenario to be possible all these funds and governments have to make a very deep study to know what is the circulating in the Bitcoin market, sure there will be large Holders, but even really how much can they stand this run? see the price at 100K or 1MM $ per Bitcoin.
Will they really hold their position?
Now focused on this possible hypothetical scenario, the next question I have asked myself is the following.
And if after obtaining this precious asset, investment funds and governments generate strategies to avoid having to sell the BTC if they could not generate derivatives where it is backed by the reserve, backing which could not be settled by the asset, but by the fiat value of the asset, which in this case would be the Bitcoin.
Here in this scenario I have considered that clearly Bitcoin as an asset would become even scarcer but in turn I do not know if it would become equally attractive, that is, what is the point of not being able to really have Bitcoin if the only ones who could supply the market are the large holders who have decided not to sell to these funds or governments that I have mentioned above, besides where would the price point to?
If it becomes scarcer, but also becomes less attractive and even less tradable.
Does it go up?
Does it go down?
Would it stay the same?
I am honest I have created scenarios and I have thought as if I were a writer for a movie something like a science fiction style but this could happen, right?
If so, what would be your opinion or even I would like to know, do you think that all this I have described could happen?

Hoy me ha surgido una duda luego de todo el FOMO y el BOOM Bitcoin que está de nuevo por llegar a nuevos máximos!
Quiero compartirla con ustedes, solo es una duda que me surgido y que quizás, solo quizás en otros espacio se ha discutido pero que en mi caso no he visto que lo hayan hablado aún.
El caso es el siguiente.
Que pasaría si...
En un caso hipotético de que grandes fondos de inversión e incluso unos cuantos gobiernos con suficiente poder se dieran a la tarea de comprar todos los bitcoin que hay en el mercado, es decir, tomar la decisión de comprar de un solo golpe todo lo que hay en los exchanges centralizados y descentralizados, además de seguir la pista de los grandes y pequeños mineros que cada tanto venden sus posiciones para poder seguir a cabo sus operaciones, hacerlo en un momento de shock es decir, sin esperar solo una corrida en un solo momento y ofreciendo un precio 20% o más por encima del precio del mercado, ósea imaginen que puedan llegar a tener en su poder posiblemente el 70/80% de Bitcoin en circulación!
Claro para que este escenario sea posible todos estos fondos y gobiernos tienen que hacer un estudio bien profundo para saber cual es el circulante en el mercado de Bitcoin, seguro existirán grandes Holders, pero incluso realmente cuanto pueden aguantar a esta corrida? ver el precio a 100K o a 1MM de $ por Bitcoin.
Mantuvieran realmente su posición?
Ya centrados en este posible e hipotético escenario la siguiente pregunta que me he hecho es la siguiente.
Y si luego de obtenido este bien tan preciado los fondos de inversión y gobiernos generan estrategias para no tener que vender los BTC si no podrían generar derivados donde este respaldados por la reserva, respaldo el cual no podría ser liquidado por el activo, si no por el valor en fiat de dicho activo que en este caso sería el Bitcoin.
Aquí en este escenario yo he considerado que claramente Bitcoin como activo se haría aún mas escaso pero a su vez no sé si se haría igual de atractivo, es decir, de que sirve no poder realmente tener Bitcoin si los únicos que pudieran surtir al mercado son los grandes holders que han decidido no venderle a dichos fondos o gobiernos que he comentado con anterioridad, ademas de ello a donde apuntaría el precio?
Si se hace más escaso, pero también a su vez se hace un tanto menos atractivo y aún menos transable.

Les soy sincero me he creado escenarios y he pensado como si fuera un escritor para una película algo al estilo de ciencia ficción pero esto podría pasar no?
De pasar, cual sería tu opinión o incluso me gustaría saber, creen que todo esto que he descrito pudiera suceder?
