@godfish fixed it !! For transpancery our CRON was set to run every 0.5 secs and Heruko doesn't like that. So we changed it to 3 secs to be safe and things are working now.

@godfish fixed it !! For transpancery our CRON was set to run every 0.5 secs and Heruko doesn't like that. So we changed it to 3 secs to be safe and things are working now.
