Trading this market with full knowledge can give one a fortune in future. However, before you have access in trading this market, you should create an account with the brokers which you likes.

Before now, you should have learned many things concerning trading. for example; knowing about spread when trading. Spread varies based on different brokers but as a trader, you are advise to look for brokers with at least one (1) and at most two (2) spreads. This spread is the commission derived by brokers once a position is opened in the market.

Placing a Stop loss and take Profit

Old and experience traders will always have their stop loss and take profit immediately they open a position in the market. As for me, I preferred placing my stop loss together while opening a position in the financial market. The reason for this is because some of the financial market is affected by the released of news. The news can make the market to go against you if you didn't placed your stop loss. This is normally seen in the forex market.

How to becoming profitable in trading the financial market

This is based on having a strategy on when to buy of sell the market. Note, you make money in either buying or selling the market. Buying the market means to go long the market while selling the market means to go short the market or we can say the bears have taken over the market.

You can be profitable when you have an entry and exit rule in the market. You can choose 1:1.5 or 1:2
The above ratio over time can give you an edge in the market. This simply means that your Stop loss is 1 while you take profit at 1.5 or 2. when the market go against you, you only loss 1% but if you make profit, you make 2%. With this rule you can grow wealth overtime.

You can make good use of indicators like the Simple Moving Average or the Exponential MA you should always make sure that your stop loss is protected by one of the MA in the higher time from while using the lower time frame to trade the market.

In conclusion, I advise all to start gaining full knowledge on how to trade the financial market as this will be regarded as soft skills that can stand the taste of time and put you at rest even at your old age.
