Long Term Potential
I know HIVE just went through a pretty good spike and I am not a fan of the conversion of LEO to HIVE right now. I also am a long term believer of the LeoFinance platform so I didn't want to reduce my LEO position.
That being said, I've been letting my CUB/BUSD do all of the heavy lifting for the last few days! Taking some of the CUB earned to buy HIVE even if we are at a temporary top feels much better to me!
HIVE is a long term game and I see this token growing in utility as we get fun Dapps like #Splinterlands, #3Speak and #LeoFinance operating on the HIVE blockchain.
What Will I Do Next?
You know the game! Once I buy something, I HODL! I will continue to grow my position of CUB/BUSD, HIVE and LEO tokens for as long as CubFinance keeps producing additional Income for me!
I am really looking forward to seeing what some of the future IDO's are going to be able to do with the Inflation of prices we are seeing on CUB at the moment and intend to start growing my CUB position in the Kingdoms.
For now, I like the idea of creating valuable content and passively allowing the Kingdoms to do all of the heavy lifting for me.
What Would You Do With $10,000
I've got some extra cash sitting in my coinbase account and am looking for the opinions of Crypto investors more experienced than me.
What would you do right now with $10k to put towards a good Token? Buy more CUB/BUSD. LEO or HIVE OR some other option?

You have received quite a few great advices to make a move.
One thing is important your growth in the community is long term.
As long that $10k is a long term affair, Hive tokens(Hive, LEO, CUB, or anything with association) will benefit from your prospective.
That way it will remain quasi liquid for other move. #Cub defi could be a great avenue.

I would buy something outside of hive platform. To diversify.
Look into Hex. People hate it.
Usually, that's a good sign.

@whatsup I'm glad to see you are also buying Leo and Cub! I've been looking at SOL as well and will likely pick some up, just to have the exposure. I've been dollar-cost averaging my position into ETH and might do the same with BTC and add SOL once I hit my targets.

I'd either buy up SPS or CUB with it all as both of those here in the next month have strong potential to increase in value greatly. SPS brings a little more incentive with vouchers and passive staking of SPS while CUB should have a new IDO and polygon connection.

@bitcoinflood I've been looking at SPS and like the prospects. I agree with you on the upcoming IDO and the future IDO prospects for Cub. These should help burn some of the existing supply and ideally attract more hodlers to our ecosystem!

My advice would be to keep building your HIVE position.
I know @scaredycatguide might not agree with this, but I believe LEO's success is going to come hand in hand with HIVE's success.
$10,000 could even up your HIVE:LEO ratio a bit more and still compound via curation rewards and inflation.
If however you were looking for something a little bit more independent, I would go with SPS.
Splinterlands is a Hive game sure, but the value of SPS isn't going to move alongside HIVE like LEO will.
I'd encourage you to do some comparisons between what the AXS token (Axie infinity) is now and then what it would take for SPS to do something similar.
My opinion is that there's still a ton of upside.
Anyway, some food for thought :)

@forexbroker this is an awesome assessment! I was literally just talking to @scaredycatguide about increasing my HIVE position and he agrees that HIVE doing well is good for LEO also.
I might not have convinced him to increase his HIVE position, but I am pretty sure he is holding it for now, lol
I've been paying attention to SPS and I think you are right. Their use of NFT's is clever and creates the "addiction factor" that is associated with gaming. It is likely still just getting started on it's rise to the top.

BEER.Dear friend! There is a lot of projects with huge potential in next months, in fact the altseason is around the corner. But I will tell you that layer 2 protocls are exploding like it was with matic (someone remember when it was at 0.03 by november 2020?), so we have CTSI for example, Lightning network, OMG..etc. Then I may recommend you too, to take a look on Coti, Vechain (building it's own ecosystem and Coti in these case working with Cardano already), Orion protocol(joining cex and dex in on place), and AVA (very useful as it's the largest companies offering hotels, flights activities and so on, it have many crypto options payments). And of course, continue accumulating LEO as much as you can, something big is coming up.
