We have already discussed a proposal. It also requires a certain level of approval from the community and someone would have to be found who has the time to manage it.
That is correct, and otherwise, someone has to raise about 4000 HBD from promoting to Hivers if I have my conversion to the Euro roughly on today. Both will be time-consuming ... the cost of opportunity!
Unfortunately, I don't know how to put together a proposal. But this idea would be the simplest.
I'm curious to see if any of the larger witnesses come forward to support your suggestion.
