The Only Regret...

2024 is coming to an end, and back in the days when we were kids, it was so fascinating to imagine how a year like the current one would look like. If you'd ask me back then about the world of 2024, I would have said we would have flying cars by now.

We don't have flying cars though, but we still have the same type of wars being carried out around the world, still driving pretty much the same type of cars, we are more interconnected thanks to social media but easier to manipulate as well.

You see, on the one hand, some of our bold predictions from teenage years haven't become true, but on the other, the advance of the internet era has brought us insane wealth opportunities. Crypto is one of these opportunities, and personally, I've been in this game since late 2017.

In my first year of crypto, I pretty much ended up carrying some of the bags I bought in late 2017 into the 2018 bear market, and in 2021, I fell for the super cycle theory and took way too little profit from my investment to make a significant change for my life.

This one is technically my third bull market, and I have many hopes and dreams for it, but wealth is not built on hopes and dreams; thus, having a plan, sticking to it, and EXECUTING the plan is of utmost importance. So, what is the plan?

Well, it is relatively simple; now that we've gotten this far in the cycle, my personal plan is to sell every piece of coin I own in 2025. How and when will I do that? It depends on the aggressivity of the parabolic phase. If we're getting insane pumps from January to May 2025 or something like that, I will sell more than half of my stack in the first half of 2025.

If the uptrend is more tempered, then I will gradually exit positions based on targets and time frames. However, when I look back at my history with crypto, my only regret is not holding onto enough positions. It was painful to enter the bear market with full bags as well, but I see that more like a lesson.

However, if you got a good entry on a coin, and it is getting quite a bit of attention in the crypto community, the only regret you will have is not holding enough of it, or at least a good portion of it. Every cycle, once we leave the bear market, it's hard to think big, and every cycle, the market proves to us it has always had big things in mind for us.

I am not planning on trying to nail the top, but as the market will enter the parabolic phase, I will make sure to leave a bag for "unprecedented madness".

Thanks for your attention,
Adrian

Having a plan is so important and also to not be emotional about some projects. Take profits, remember how easy it is for tokens to die.

Exactly. Altcoin seasons don't last long. Bitcoin is the safest bet but altcoins are the most rewarding.

I hadn't realized that our last posts are somewhat related.

Me neither... Karma.
