Hello all how are you? I hope you are alright. I want to tell you about the movies that I like the most. This film is a lesson for every teenager, especially in Indonesia. The film is entitled "Two Blue Lines" (in indonesia this film is Dua Garis Biru). This film tells the story of a pair of young men who dare to break the boundaries of love. For the record, if there is an accepted norm in Indonesia, lovers are prohibited before marriage. Norms are strongly adhered to by most Indonesian people.
Back to movies. This film tells the story of Dara and Bima, but both are still listed as students in junior high school. As a result, Bima and Dara must be responsible for their choices. Both, had to marry at a very young age. I think this film will mean a lot. Being a parent is not easy. Moreover, Bima and Dara are still very young. In this film there are many conflicts in the family. It was a difficult choice to make so that both of them could live a better life.
The film is directed by Gina Noer. Gina is the director of many famous films in Indonesia. For this film, during the first minutes to the end of the film, there are many details that must be revealed. There's a lot of emotion to show. Not a lot of player dialogue, but, not everyone is talking. The picture taken shows the conversation. The director is very good at drawing. Like the agenda of staring at each other, faces and dirt. For me, they all have a message.
There is an interesting agenda in this film. Dara put the strawberries in her stomach, then the strawberries were blended and the strawberry juice was left behind. From there, I caught the message that Dara and Bima would take. However, there are scenes that make the audience laugh. One of them, brother's annoyed expression from Bima who was angry because of Bima's bad behavior. It made the audience laugh.
There are some very maximum supporting characters in this film. One of them, Asri Welas plays the role of Bima's neighbor. In real life, Asri Welas's response is always present. Moreover, considering the neighbor's response about premature pregnancy. In Indonesia, this character is called "Julid". Another interesting thing is the acting of Zara who plays Dara. This film is his first debut as a lead role.
The other main player, Angga Yunanda, who plays the character of Bima, can convey expressions as well as dialogue well. For Angga, this film is not his first debut. The thugs played in several films in Indonesia. In addition to the main role, the role and character of parents describe two different conditions. Lulu Tobing and Dwi Sasono play Dara's parents.
Dara was born into an upper strata family. All of Dara's facilities and needs are often provided. This also has an impact on the mindset of Dara's parents. Meanwhile, Cut Mini and Arswendi Bening play Bima's parents. Bima's family is very different from Dara's family. Bima Comes from a lower strata family. This led to differences in the decisions taken by the Bima family. Bima was raised from a poor family. Even you have to go to school on scholarship.
Admittedly, this film tells a very serious problem. But, I learned, if this film is still a hope for people who live it. Plus, the soundtrack that adds to the film is even more meaningful. The sounds used include "Jikalau" from the Naif Band, then "Biru" from Banda Neira. Next, "Sulung" by Kunto Aji. A number of other songs add to the meaning of this film.
The director is very good at sending messages to the audience. I admit, if everyone does not miss a mistake. Mistakes of being a child, parent or family. In this film we learn in the process of forgiving each other for a better life. There is also a very important message in this film.
If the pregnancy is not wanted, it takes the responsibility of all parties to be more serious in reducing the number of fatal mistakes. In Indonesia, maternal and child deaths are caused by unwanted pregnancies. From this film, parents become an important element in making decisions for children and their future. On the other hand, from unwanted pregnancies many students drop out of school. In fact, every child is a 12 year old school
From these mistakes, we will receive many consequences. Injustice in marriage is one of the factors that increase domestic violence. For me, this film is a must watch for all the family. This film is a preventive effort for teenagers and parents about sex education.
