Espero que se encuentren super bien, como saben me encuentro atravesando una etapa muy hermosa, estoy embazada aunque estos día he pasado muchos momentos inolvidables también han estado llenos de síntomas, malestares, angustias, preocupaciones y muchísimas cosas más, es por ello que hoy quiero contarles como fue mi primer trimestre y los cambios que he sentido tantos físicos y psicológicos que he atravesados mes a mes, hoy en día me encuentro de 22 de semanas ya a los 5 mese de embarazado y tengo muchas cosas que contarles, espero les guste

I hope you are doing great, as you know I am going through a very beautiful stage, I am pregnant although these days I have spent many unforgettable moments have also been full of symptoms, discomfort, anguish, worries and many more things, that is why today I want to tell you how was my first trimester and the changes that I have felt so many physical and psychological that I have gone through month by month, today I am 22 weeks and 5 months pregnant and I have many things to tell you, I hope you like it.
El embarazo para mi es una de las cosas más espectaculares y maravillosas que he pasado, este es mi segundo bebe y aunque ha sido bastante distinto al primero siento el mismo amor, las mismas ansias de conocerlo y abrazarlo para llenarlo de amor, ya me dijeron el sexo, es un hermoso príncipe a quien lo llamare Ethan, y sé que mi príncipe mayor Dylan también lo espera con mucha felicidad y emoción, lo mejor que me ha pasado en mi vida han sido mis hijos, desde el momento que supe que venían en camino algo en mi cambio para siempre, yo no suelo ser alguien que diga te amo con facilidad o que abrace con frecuencia y a mi hijo no lo puedo soltar y no pasa ni unos minutos que yo no le diga lo importante que es y lo mucho que lo amo
Pregnancy for me is one of the most spectacular and wonderful things I have ever experienced, this is my second baby and although it has been quite different from the first I feel the same love, the same desire to meet him and hold him to fill him with love, I have already been told the sex, it is a beautiful prince who I will call Ethan, and I know that my older prince Dylan is also waiting for him with great happiness and excitement, the best thing that has happened to me in my life has been my children, from the moment I knew they were on their way something in me changed forever, I am not usually someone who says I love you easily or who hugs frequently and I can't let go of my son and not even a few minutes go by that I don't tell him how important he is and how much I love him.
Primer trimestre
Aquí debo confesar que fue una de las etapas más difíciles y donde pude notar las diferencia en tres ambos embarazos, aquí de verdad que no podía comer nada sin vomitar, todo me daba asco y lo que poco podía comer lo disfrutaba al máximo, aquí comencé con mis vitaminas, pero también pase por muchas síntomas como mareos, dolores e hinchazón de mis piernas en el cual tuve que ir al médico en múltiples ocasiones, después de realizarme muchos exámenes tuve que cambiar mi dieta empezar a comer mas saludables, muchas frutas, verduras y reduciendo lo más posible las grasa saturadas
First trimester
Here I must confess that it was one of the most difficult stages and where I could notice the difference in both pregnancies, here I really could not eat anything without vomiting, everything made me sick and what little I could eat I enjoyed to the fullest, here I started with my vitamins, but also went through many symptoms such as dizziness, pain and swelling of my legs in which I had to go to the doctor on multiple occasions, after performing many tests I had to change my diet to start eating healthier, lots of fruits, vegetables and reducing saturated fats as much as possible.
Aunque pasaba mucho tiempo vomitando y con demasiados mareos trataba de ver el lado positivo a todo, y como toda mami me preocupaba los ecos genéticos aquí me realizaron el genético 1 en cual me descartaron múltiples malformaciones y discapacidades lo que me hizo sentir más tranquila y contenta, ya que siempre nuestro deseos es saber que nuestro bebe se encuentre bien y saludable. Gracias a Dios todo está muy bien
Although I spent a lot of time vomiting and with too much dizziness I tried to see the positive side of everything, and as every mommy I was worried about the genetic echoes here I had the genetic 1 in which I ruled out multiple malformations and disabilities which made me feel more calm and happy, as always our desire is to know that our baby is well and healthy. Thank God everything is fine.
Comenzando segundo trimestre
Ya hace un mes que di comienzo a esta etapa y debo decir que las preocupaciones aumentaron un poco, los mareos y vómitos desaparecieron casi por completo pero el dolor de espalda incremento al igual que el de las piernas, parte he sufrido de dolor de muelas pero ya fui al odontólogo y me sentí bastante mejor, pero ahora me tengo una dieta bastante balanceada y me encanta lo que es la piña y la manzana han sido unas de las frutas que más he comido en estaos días jajaaj
Starting second trimester
It's been a month since I started this stage and I must say that the worries increased a little, the dizziness and vomiting disappeared almost completely but the back pain increased as well as the pain in my legs, part I have suffered from toothache but I went to the dentist and I felt much better, but now I have a fairly balanced diet and I love what is pineapple and apple have been some of the fruits that I have eaten more in these days haha hahaha.
Hoy en día me encuentro con una infección de orina un poco fuerte y estoy tomando no solos mis vitaminas si no también antibióticos suaves por el embarazo, muchos jugos naturales, pollo, verduras, frutas y fibras como lo es la avena
Today I have a urinary infection a little strong and I am taking not only my vitamins but also mild antibiotics for pregnancy, lots of natural juices, chicken, vegetables, fruits and fiber such as oatmeal.
De verdad que este embarazo no ha sido tan fácil existen momentos donde casi no puedo levantarme sin dolor pero gracias a Dios todo ha avanzado muy bien, y lo más importante que mi bebe se encuentre excelente y sano, a pesar de todo nada opacara este sentimiento tan único y hermoso que siento por mi bebe, mucho menos las ganas que tengo por conocerlo y tenerlo en mis brazos, pronto estaré comprando sus primeras cositas y ya quiero contarles y compartirles toda mi felicidad de cada unos de estos momentos tan maravillosas y mágicos

Truly this pregnancy has not been so easy there are moments where I can hardly get up without pain but thank God everything has progressed very well, and most importantly that my baby is excellent and healthy, despite everything nothing will overshadow this unique and beautiful feeling I feel for my baby, much less the desire I have to meet him and have him in my arms, soon I will be buying his first things and I want to tell you and share with you all my happiness of each of these wonderful and magical moments.
