Feliz día a todos en la colmena. Bonito martes a los que hacen parte del desafío del blog, espero estén súper bien 😘 la pregunta de hoy guarda relación con acciones que practico a Diario, se trata de tres habitos saludables, los nombraré por orden de importancia para mí:

Ser agradecido

Más allá de ser una frase muy usada en la actualidad, ser agradecido tienen una transcendencia enorme amigos!! El poder de practicar el agradecimiento es impresionante, abre puertas maravillosas en la vida, atrae a personas en la misma sintonía y el resultado es sin duda el éxito. Lo practico cada día, al despertar voy a la ventana de mi casa desde donde puedo ver el amanecer y agradezco a Dios y el universo por la vida. Eso me renueva y me llena de energía para comenzar el día.

Comer equilibradamente

No es broma cuando nos dicen somos lo que comemos de hecho, es literalmente así, comer sano empieza por ser un trabajo mental, incluye entender que al comer equilibradamente no solo nos veremos bien físicamente, sino que estaremos en condiciones físicas óptimas. Es la buena alimentación lo que construye nuestro sistema inmunológico y lo que hace en general que nuestro cuerpo trabaje eficazmente.

Pensar en Positivo

Admito que es una práctica muy reciente en mi vida, la he adoptado como filosofía. Se trata en esencia de mostrar fe. Amigos conozco casos numerosos de personas que se enferman a raíz de sus pensamientos. Este es una energía y como toda se materializa, cuando somos positivos el cuerpo lo somatiza un buen funcionamiento, las defensas se fortalecen y nos sentimos estupendamente... Siempre lo recomendaré pues al aplicarlo he tenido excelentes resultados. Ser positivos es tener garantía que aún en la dificultad, estaremos en paz....

Be grateful 🙏🏼

Beyond being a phrase widely used today, being grateful has a huge significance friends! The power of practicing gratitude is awesome, it opens wonderful doors in life, attracts like-minded people, and the result is undoubtedly success. I practice it every day, when I wake up, I go to the window of my house from where I can see the sunrise and I thank God and the universe for life. That renews me and fills me with energy to start the day.

Eat balanced

They are not kidding when they tell us we are what we eat in fact, it is literally so. Eating healthy begins by being mental work, it includes understanding that by eating balanced we will not only look good on a physical level, but we will be in optimal conditions. It is good nutrition that builds our immune system and what makes our body work effectively in general.

Think Positive

I admit that it is a very recent practice in my life, I have adopted it as a philosophy. It's essentially about showing faith. Friends, I know of numerous cases of people who fall ill from their thoughts. This is an energy and as everything materializes, when we are positive the body generates neurotransmitters that work to generate well-being, with this the defenses are strengthened and we feel great ... I will always recommend it because when applying it I have had excellent results. Being positive is having a guarantee that even in difficulty, we will be fine....
