My trip to renowned architecture - Hoang Phuc Pagoda .

How was your day going on?
Today is Vietnamese holiday, I feel a bit homesick because I'm living far from my hometown for my working. Normally, I come back home when I have day off or some special occasions.
And those below pictures which I will share you are about my trip to my hometown for Tet holiday (the biggest holiday in Vietnam).

Going to pagoda has become a custom of many people from all walks of life.
When spring comes, apart from travelling, people in my country usually go to pagoda at the beginning of Lunar New Year to pray for health, happiness, good fortune in the year ahead.
Traditionally, I went to pagoda on the third day of Lunar New Year with my family or my friends.

This is Hoang Phuc Pagoda located in Thuan Trach village, My Thuy commune, Le Thuy district has a history of over 700 years. It looked quite new because the pagoda was refurbished and rebuilt 5 years ago.

After the reconstruction in 2016, the new pagoda was completed which was recognized as a National Historical Relic of Vietnam by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
It attracts lots of tourists coming to sincerely pray for their family, being a happy, peaceful country.

Vietnamese people believe that going to the pagoda is not only to pray for good things for the coming year but also the time for everyone to be reminded of the spirit life.
We go to the pagoda and ask for the inner peace, the peace in our mind.
