A day at the beach with the family.

I had been looking forward to going to the beach for a long time, I always imagined myself swimming, enjoying the sea water, which is really refreshing.

The days passed and finally we could escape to the beach, not that it is difficult, we live very close to a beach but it is not suitable for bathing there, at least with children, because it has a very strong swell, so to enjoy a good sea bath we must go to another beach a few kilometers from home where it is calmer and you can spend a fun and safe day.

We arrived at the beach, it is called Praia de Itapuã, I have already shared photos of this place because we have already visited it but only by sight, but this time finally, we were ready to bathe.

As you can see in the pictures it is surrounded by rocks that make like natural pools perfect to spend the day relaxing and so we did.

Of course, with protection from the sun, for my daughter and me I bought some long sleeve shirts with special UV protection for the beach and applied enough sunscreen on our faces, with that we were protected and when we returned home we didn't feel any burning on our skin. But my husband did get burned and quite badly, so I applied a lot of cold cream to soothe his skin and he feels better now.

That day we ate well, we made a simple barbecue right there on the beach and we brought from home some things ready for snacks. Mostly water and of course some cold beers.

What a delicious day! I was happy to spend a different day, see my daughter play with new friends, eat delicious food, have a good time as a family and renew our positive energy to continue the fight for our goals.

I am happy to share this experience with you and I hope that someday you will come to Brazil and visit these wonderful beaches.

Día de playa en familia.

Hace tiempo que tenía muchas ganas de ir a la playa, siempre me imaginaba nadando, disfrutando del agua de mar que en verdad es renovadora.

Pasaron los días y por fin pudimos escaparnos a la playa, no es que sea difícil, vivimos muy cerca de una playa pero no es apta para bañanarse allí, al menos con los niños, pues tiene un oleaje muy fuerte, así que para poder disfrutar bien de un baño de mar debemos ir a otra playa a unos kilómetros de casa donde es más calmada y se puede pasar un día divertido y con seguridad.

Llegamos a la playa, se llama Praia de Itapuã, ya he compartido fotos de este lugar pues ya la hemos visitado pero solo de vista, pero esta vez por fin, estábamos preparados para bañanarnos.

Como ven en las fotos esta rodeada de rocas que hacen como unas piscinas naturales perfectas para pasar el día relajandonos y así lo hicimos.

Claro, con protección del sol, para mi hija y para mi compre unas camisas manga larga de protección UV especiales para la playa y aplique suficiente protector solar en el rostro, con eso quedamos protegidas y al regresar a casa no sentimos ardor en la piel. Pero mi esposo si se quemó y bastante, así que le aplique mucha crema fría para calmarle la piel y ya se siente mejor.

Ese día comimos rico, hicimos unas sencilla parrilla o churrasco allí mismo en la playa y trajimos de casa algunas cosas listas para merendar. Sobre todo agua y por supuesto unas cervezas bien frías.

Que día tan delicioso! Me sentí feliz de pasar un día diferente, ver a mi hija jugar con amigas nuevas, comer rico, pasarla bien en familia y renovar nuestras energías positivas para continuar en la lucha por nuestras metas.
