Sorry, I'm not sure if my explanation was clear and I don't want to mislead you here.

The Keukenhof is a large botanical garden with 6 million tulips planted each year. If you want to see the garden then you will need tickets for that. What we did was bike around the surrounding area to see the tulip fields, which are farmers fields. For that, no ticket is required. But you will need to rent a bike because the fields are spread out between several small towns so walking would be challenging and driving a pain. The bikes can be rented at the Keukenhof and other locations and the bike routes are from 10-25km's.

No worries, I been doing some online research today, both the tulip fields and Keukenhof looks gorgeous, I'll see if I can fit both in, make the most of my trip.
