The most precious days for me are those where I share with my family, with my son, with my wife and this is complemented when the environment where we decide to do it includes the sea, nature and landscapes.
Today we decided to take the day to go to the beach to connect with nature, despite being winter the weather offered us a gift and so we chose to take advantage of it.
Los días más preciados para mí son aquellos dónde comparto con mi familia, con mi hijo, con mi esposa y esto se complementa cuando el entorno dónde decidimos hacerlo incluye el mar, la naturaleza y los paisajes.
Hoy decidimos tomarnos el día para ir la playa para conectar con la naturaleza, a pesar de ser invierno el clima nos ofreció un regalo y así optamos por aprovecharlo.
The beach we always go to is located in an area called "Punta Mogotes", it is the southern part of the city and it is quite quiet, we are lucky to have the sea a few blocks away from our apartment and if you pay close attention you could hear the waves crashing.
Arriving at the beach we find beautiful paths, with lots of colorful vegetation that traps us and it is almost impossible not to stop and admire its perfection.
La playa a la que siempre concurrimos se encuentra en una zona llamada "Punta Mogotes", es la parte de Sur de la ciudad y es bastante tranquila, tenemos la suerte de tener el mar a unas pocas cuadras de nuestro departamento y si prestas muchas atención podrías escuchar las olas golpear.
Llegando a la playa encontramos lindos caminos, con mucha vegetación muy colorida que nos atrapa y es casi imposible no detenerse a admirar su perfección.
I think we consider ourselves fans of visiting the sea and all that it entails because having the joy of being able to access it is something we know how to appreciate. We have a little routine about the connection between the sea, the land and the sun and us as human beings and we try to carry and maintain that as a way of life.
The sensation of these energies brushing through every part of the human body is simply indescribable. The contact of the skin with the earth simply must be mandatory because we are part of it and we must communicate with each other, we believe that entering the sea and interacting with these three elements generates a form of healing that we can feel.
Pienso que nos consideramos fanáticos de visitar el mar y todo lo que ello conlleva ya que tener la dicha de poder acceder a ello es algo que sabemos apreciar. Tenemos una pequeña rutina sobre la conexión entre el mar, la tierra y el sol y nosotros como seres humanos y tratamos de llevar y mantener eso como modo de vida.
La sensación de éstas energías rozando por cada parte del cuerpo humano es simplemente indescriptible. El contacto de la piel con la tierra simplemente debe ser obligatorio porque somos parte de ella y debemos comunicarnos entre si, creemos que entrar al mar e interactuar con estos tres elementos nos genera una forma de sanación que podemos sentir.
We have the habit of having a small picnic, enjoy something to eat, have a drink and we almost always adapt the Argentinean culture to us so we have mate on the beach, some music and walk along the shores.
One of the activities we always do is to go back to our childhood, because we should never let go of our child spirit and in this way we become friends with our children where there are only children playing, building, laughing, inventing and being happy.
Tenemos la costumbre de hacer un pequeño picnic, disfrutar algo para comer, tomar algo y casi siempre adaptamos a nosotros la cultura argentina así que tomamos mate en la playa, un poco de música y caminamos por las orillas.
Una de las actividades que siempre realizamos es devolvernos a nuestra niñez, porque jamás deberíamos dejar ir nuestro espíritu de niños y de esta forma nos convertimos en amigos de nuestros hijos en dónde solo existen niños jugando, construyendo, riendo, inventando y siendo felices.
This was a family life experience yesterday at Punta Mogotes beach in the city of Mar del Plata.

Is always great to be the family.... The bond between each member of the family increases as we spend time with them.... Such a sweet child there
