¡Hey!
This is my first post for the community and I wanted to tell you about one of the most beautiful places I have visited since I arrived in Peru and to which I dared to go after almost three years living here.
A few minutes from the center of Huancayo, Junin, is this interesting place called Torre Torre where you can find clayey earth structures that were formed over the years thanks to the wind and rain.
To get to this place I took a bus number 15 and got off at the last stop of the Cerrito de la Libertad, I had to walk a stretch of about two blocks and that was it.
Around it I saw no stores, no restaurants, or anything like that, there was only a lady selling water and candy at the entrance. There were also several little children who offered to tell you the history of the place in exchange for a voluntary collaboration, but the fun of this is that they tell it in a very particular way as a sung poem.
When you enter the place you can see everything in a panoramic and beautiful way, the floor is uneven, but there are several trails where you can make your walk safely, however, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes that protect your feet very well.
The place is surrounded by mountains and pine trees so the air is very fresh, clean and pleasant, the spaces are kept clean compared to other places I have visited and there are areas where you can sit on the ground and have a picnic.
But the protagonists of the whole tour are these rocky elevations of a maroon orange color that you can see along the route and can be as high as a building, some even come together creating figures that look like people or animals.
Along the route you can also find some yellow flowers, regarding the fauna I didn't manage to come across any animals so I don't know if there are any.
It seems to me that from some perspectives it can look like a canyon and there are also places that are not suitable for people who suffer from vertigo, but if you are not afraid of heights like me, it can be very challenging and fun.
I hope you liked it and above all I hope to come back soon because this community encourages me to continue exploring new places.

The place is so amazing. I like everything there, it's overlooking view and captivating view of nature.
Those are all natural? or some of them are man-made?
Thank you for sharing, it seemed that I have visited your place too.

Hola!
