It dominates my life and a misdiagnosis of it 15 years ago has taken 10-15 years of my lifespan. I'm on the right path now though. So, an orange is not something I'm willing to risk. I'm stringent with it, fortunately I'm a disciplined chap. The only fruit I eat is some strawberries now and then. I eat loads of vegetables though, and few carbs. As I said, I'm stringent and have educated myself on those things I need to know...but I take injections of insulin to eat and will until I die, or don't want to live anymore.
