Saludos amigos de #hive y #alienart, espero hayan pasado una increíble semana, hoy les comparto mi entrada al concurso semanal de #splinterlands, y he decidido continuar con los diseños de las protectoras de las gemas, creando esta semana a la portadora de la gema de la naturaleza, buscando idear un cetro que deje super clara. Para este personaje pensé mucho en Flora, el hada del club winx que también es el nada de la naturaleza, por eso los colores dominantes en su traje y que le realice el cabello castaño, usando tonos comunes y no otro color distintivo como azul o verde.

Greetings friends of hive and alienart, I hope you have had an amazing week, today I share with you my entry to the splinterlands weekly contest, and I have decided to continue with the designs of the gems protectors, creating this week the nature gem bearer, looking to devise a scepter that leaves super clear. For this character I thought a lot about Flora, the fairy of the winx club who is also the nothing of nature, that's why the dominant colors in her costume and that I make her hair brown, using common tones and not another distinctive color like blue or green.

Olivia es la protectora de la gema de la naturaleza, escogida a los 13 años por este espiritu, el cual se refleja como una mariposa de tonos violetas degradado a una base de amarillo. La diferencia de este a otros espíritus, es que el cetro pasa de generación en generación, en la tribu de Olivia, donde la antigua portadora era su tía, quien notó el fuerte espíritu de Olivia, enseñando la cuidar más a fondo la naturaleza y trucos que sólo los adultos conoces, ya que estaba muy segura de que su sobrina sería la próxima portadora. El cetro de la naturaleza puede crear árboles en cuestión de segundos y hacer que zonas secas se vuelvan fértiles, puede acelerar la maduración de las cosechas, también tiene habilidades curativas y sensoriales para comunicarse con animales y otros seres vivos.

Olivia is the protector of the gem of nature, chosen at the age of 13 by this spirit, which is reflected as a butterfly of violet tones degraded to a yellow base. The difference of this to other spirits, is that the scepter is passed from generation to generation, in Olivia's tribe, where the former bearer was her aunt, who noticed Olivia's strong spirit, teaching her to care more about nature and tricks that only adults know, as she was very sure that her niece would be the next bearer. The scepter of nature can create trees in a matter of seconds and make dry areas become fertile, it can accelerate the ripening of crops, it also has healing and sensory abilities to communicate with animals and other living things.

Realice la pose del personaje con el lápiz digital y el color azul, después con el morado realice la vestimenta y con el rosado diseñe el cetro, cabello y facciones.

Make the pose of the character with the digital pencil and blue color, then with purple make the clothing and with pink design the scepter, hair and features.

Realice el trabajo de línea con la tinta dura y el color negro, después elimine las capas previas para proceder a realizar la base de color utilizando el rellenador.

Make the line work with the hard ink and black color, then remove the previous layers to proceed to make the color base using the filler.

Use acuarelas para detallar las zonas de la piel, después detalle el cabello y ojos, reforce detalles usando el aerógrafo.

Use watercolors to detail the skin areas, then detail the hair and eyes, and enhance details using the airbrush.

Detalle los guantes y las medias con tonos más oscuros y realice un pequeño patrón. Después detalle el centro, realizando primero las zonas metálicas y después la gema.

Detail the gloves and stockings with darker tones and make a small pattern. Then detail the center, making first the metallic areas and then the gem.

Detalle la armadura, empezando por las partes doradas y después las plateadas. Luego detalle el traje y la falda y finalice con la tela que se envuelve en la cintura y cae.

Para el fondo realice una base de negro y después con el aerógrafo hice las alas de mariposa y las otras luces.

For the background I made a black base and then with the airbrush I made the butterfly wings and the other lights.

Me gustó mucho este personaje, a pesar de que el diseño de su traje es más floral y sutil que los trajes que usualmente diseño, pero al verla pienso de una vez en la primavera, flores, rosas y mariposas. Esperó les haya gustado mi entrada al concurso semanal de splinterlands, donde semana tras semana podemos ver increíbles creaciones de muchos artistas. I really liked this character, even though her costume design is more floral and subtle than the costumes I usually design, but when I see her I think of spring, flowers, roses and butterflies.
