Alive & Thriving Goals Monday : Eco Bloom Trade Fair at the Mall 🌱 || AATYr5 || Prompt A Day 😊

Hello last full week in March. Amazing how the month ends in one week. 😮

Yesterday was treatment day again. I managed another 3K+ steps so imagine that's pretty huge for me already. Basically, that's my limit at any time. The amazing part is there's an Eco Bloom Fair happening at the mall too. Sunday was their last day. I've been wishing for it as I want to buy plants in person rather than online. It's been a long time coming for this fair.

Exhibit design. Unfortunately, the light on the signage was too bright to capture the mall name.

Look at that exhibit. I planned on buying three plants to add to my garden. I've been dreaming of having an indoor garden. It's a work in progress at this point. I honestly keep myself busy with these mini projects around the flat to pass the time.

Treatment was great. I'm glad it's the same staff that assisted me during the first session. I felt she does a better job with the acupuncture therapy. True enough I woke up with less pain this morning. 🙏❤️💡 I only have one session left scheduled two weeks from now. I plan to have follow up sessions down the line. I feel that it's really helpful and I need more of it.

After treatment, I went to have late lunch. Learned from last week that I should skip the food court as I could not possibly carry my food tray and cane at the same time. Last week I was fortunate that a good samaritan lady volunteered to help me bring my food tray to my table. I realized I should go for restaurants with sit down service. That way my food will be served to my table. I ordered lomi at Gerry's Grill and was surprised it was a huge serving. Well, I ate slowly and eventually got to gulp it all down. 😅 They serve free potato chips on the side. I also tried their house special iced tea. It's a treat for myself as I try and skip sugary drinks mostly these days.

Last week I wanted to find a place to sit down after I'm done with groceries but it was all full. This time I found a place to sit at Matcha Tokyo to enjoy some matcha salted caramel drink and cookie butter basque cheesecake. Yesterday's mall run was also a digital transaction experiment. Almost all my purchases were paid for from my local digital wallet. The only exception that failed was my last stop. It's a good thing I had enough cash to settle it without hassle.

Amazing quote from a poet. I think this is one journey we should all focus on. I'm learning much from my daily experiences (esp. the challenges being thrown my way by life). I'd really love to grow more and achieve higher consciousness. I do believe there's more to life than whatever we see and experience on this plane of existence. I'm a work in progress and I'd love to grow with every flow.

It's the last full week in March. Amazing how a quarter of the year is almost over. 😯 I'm taking my time with my planned projects and won't rush them all. Otherwise, the quick passing of time will overwhelm me. One task at a time.. one day at a time..
