I have never posted in the HiveLearners community and today some friends told me about this topic, and I found something interesting to say. I am not yet a verified member of the community, but I will try to get verified.

I will not start with a false nostalgia saying that the news of the past was better because it was less biased, because that is untrue. News has always had bias. It turns out that some bias is so insignificant compared to the news that it sometimes goes unnoticed. You will never see someone reporting a death and putting their view of the fact above the event so that people like the deceased more or less. However, you may see a news program talking about the deceased's past life, praising their actions in life, or depreciating actions that they may have committed.

There were two major turning points. People now have more access to the news and, as a result, more people are being informed, and consequently more people are informing. With the advancement of technology, people are constantly searching for information, no matter how 'useless' (from some people's point of view) it may be, or how much information it contains.

In this way, both the viewer who seeks information and the interlocutor seeks to convey information as well, and whenever possible, monetize it. After all, TV had the monopoly that once belonged to radio and, before that, to printed newspapers. And now, live broadcasts, streams or even publications like the one I am writing to you about are now a profitable source of information.

This makes people want to look only for validation of their information, and no longer for true information. They look for the person who tells them what they want to hear, and in this way, they forget the most important thing: to see the three sides of the information.

The side that tells the truth, the side that tells lies, and the truth itself.

Nowadays it is very difficult to know who is telling the truth, so it is important to follow as many sources of information as possible so you can do the fine-tooth comb yourself.

This way, you will not only be aware of the correct information, but you will also learn more by hearing both sides of the story and acquiring more references, including which ones not to follow if you notice that someone is publishing too many untruths just to get your click and your momentary attention to increase the retention minutes and thus increase your payment a little at the end of the month.

Eu não começarei com um falso saudosismo dizendo que as noticias do passado eram melhores porque eram menos enviesadas, pois isso é uma inverdade. Notícias sempre tiveram viés. Acontece que algumas o viés é tão insignificante perto da notícia que passar por vezes desapercebido. Você nunca verá alguém noticiando uma morte e colocando acima do fato acontecido a sua visão sobre o fato para que as pessoas gostem mais ou menos do falecido. Porem, você pode ver um noticiário falando da vida pregressa do falecido exaltando seus atos em vida, ou depreciando atitudes que por vez tenha cometido.

A grande virada de chave foram duas. Agora as pessoas tem mais acesso aos noticiários e por conta disso, mais pessoas estão sendo informadas, e consequentemente mais pessoas estão informando. Com o avanço da tecnologia as pessoas estão diariamente a todo momento atrás de alguma informação, por mais 'inútil' (do ponto de vista de alguns) que ela possa ser, ou por mais que ela tenha uma carga importante de informações.

Dessa forma tanto do lado do espectador que busca a informação, o interlocutor busca levar informações também, e sempre que possível monetiza-las, afinal, a tv possuía o monopólio que um dia já foi do rádio e anteriormente do jornal impresso. E agora as lives, stream ou até mesmo publicações como essa que vos escreve agora é uma fonte de informação rentável.

O que faz com que as pessoas queiram procurar apenas a validação de sua informação, e não mais a informação verdadeira. Procuram aquela pessoa que fala o que elas querem ouvir, e dessa maneira esquecem do mais importante, ver os 3 lados da informação.

O lado que diz a verdade, o lado que diz a mentira, e a verdade de fato.

Hoje em dia é muito dificil saber quem está falando a verdade, por isso é importante acompanhar o maior número de fontes de informações possível para você mesmo fazer o pente fino.

Dessa forma você não apenas estará ciente da informação correta, como também estará aprendendo mais ouvindo os dois lados da história e adquirindo mais referências, inclusive de quais não seguir se notar que alguém demasiadamente publica inverdades apenas para conseguir o seu click e a sua atenção momentânea para aumentar os minutos de retenção e assim aumentar um pouco o seu pagamento no fim do mês.

Hoje só depende de nós para encontrarmos a melhor maneira de nos informar, e por que não, sermos também uma grande fonte de informações para os nossos proximos que não tem tempo suficiente para fazer essa verificação.
