The furious dog

Lion, tiger, cat, dog, and fox are some common animals, and I have seen all of those animals in my life. Lions and tigers are known as furious animals, and getting afraid of those animals is quite normal, especially in a wild area. Fortunately, most of us meet both of the animals in the wild in rare cases. In a cage, both animals can be entertaining, but in the wild, both are scary. Fortunately, I never met anyone of it in the wild.

In the case of dogs and cats, I think very few people are afraid of them. In fact, many people love to keep those animals as pets. But do you know that for a certain period of time I was scared of dogs. And today I am going to share why I was scared of dogs.

If I can remember correctly, then I was in class 5 at that time, and I returned from school early on that specific day. After finishing my lunch, I decided to visit one of my friend's houses to play with him, and his house was approximately 5 minutes to reach. So I was going towards my friend's house. After crossing halfway, I saw a dog resting on the ground. In my hand there was a cake, and seeing the dog, I started to think that the dog would follow me for the cake. I don't know why I was thinking like that, and that made me a little bit afraid.

I noticed the dog was also staring at me carefully, which made me more afraid. During that time, eye contact was made several times between me and the dog. The eyes were giving me a furious vibe, and without taking any risk, I started to run. Without any delay, the dog also started to run after me. The speed of the dog was very high, and he became so close to me that I felt its breath in my feet. If I were a few seconds late, then I might be beaten by the dog. It could be the end, but unfortunately it was not. 10 minutes later of the incident, I was playing alone in front of my home. All of a sudden, I saw two dogs coming towards me at high speed. Fortunately, both were far enough away that they allowed me to come inside my home. Both dogs started to bark in front of my home, and that made me frightened.

Both incidents occurred within 10 minutes of difference, which gave me trauma, and it took me some years to come out of it. I think I am never afraid of any animal, like I was afraid of a dog that day.

When you run in fear of a dog, they tend to think that they have the upper hand, thus, they chase you. But if you relax, be fearless and stand your ground, then there is a high probability that the dog will be the one to run.

Oh my god, what scary situations!! I was bitten by a dog when I was younger, but even so, I can't feel afraid of them. Whenever I see one on the street, I try to approach it to pet it hahaha
