Honestly it's not easy to stay away from sugar because you crave for it every once in a while. Sometimes you want to try out a chocolate or an ice-cream and other drinks that have sugar.
When I heard about disadvantages of Sugar
One good thing about consuming content on internet is you get to know about these things you think doesn't really matter like a couple of days ago I came across a video
That was highlighting how sugar can increase your face fat and also make you lazy and mentally it can effect you.
As well as physical health with excessive sugar intake you're gaining more and more weight also making that liver fat with that sugar and other chronic diseases like diabetes and certain cancers.
I noticed that when I was consuming way too much sugar everyday like my routine was to wake up and do breakfast and In that breakfast having chai aka tea was necessary that involves sugar.
After that a chocolate in the evening or biscuit that comes with sugar or ice-cream like things used to be my daily routine.
So, I encountered some health issues
Like every once in a while I was having blisters in mouth and also felt dizzy and lazy as well as increase in face fat so at that moment I realised I'll have to end sugar

Or if ending isn't possible because of cravings than I'll just consume less sugar.
Now I've made a new routine in which I don't start my day taking sugar like avoiding chai mostly in breakfast.
Have stopped spending pennies on the chocolate and biscuits with sugar plus ain't drinking no drink at all.
Drinking more water, no sugar
In a day I drink about two gallons or sometimes 3 all alone and I noticed drinking more water made my skin more clearer.
And somehow water fast made it possible to avoid sugar cravings.
There's no such thing as cheat day because I'm aware of how bad sugar is for health.
Other than that it is easy to live without sugar when you know the benefits of having a healthy diet and living upto your potential.
Wrapping Up...
I've seen some of worse health conditions people have because of consuming too much sugar when they were young and those signs did scared me.
Well, now I'm mostly living a life without sugar so I'm not worried about those health problems anymore.
We can always improve ourselves and can have better habits. Spoiling yourself with the bad things ain't good because it shows how bad or worse you did to yourself after years later and than it becomes a regret for lifetime. So, self awareness and acting on it is better than any regrets.
