I made potato tikkis | First creative sunday

today was sunday, So I feel like making something Then I saw potatoes at home and thought of making potato tikkis.
I needed some things to make potato tikkis
First I wash the potatoes thoroughly So that the soil on the potatoes gets cleaned I took a cup of water and put it to cover the potato.

Material

What is needed to be used in potato tikkis ?

• red chilli two spoons
• Salt one spoon
• Turmeric half teaspoon half teaspoon
• dried coriander a spoon
• garam masala a spoon
• One onion
• One tomato
• four habit green chillies
• green coriander
• One Egg
• oil

After that I put potatoes in a big vessel. After adding potatoes I just added chillies.

I added turmeric, salt, garam masala , onion. Tomato ,green coriander ,Green chillies.

I mashed this material thoroughly to mix it well. It's fine now. I arranged things and mixed them well.

Egg cannot be forget while making potatoes mashed tikkies.

After mixing well, I prepared these tikkis.

Then I turned on the gas stove then I keep the pan Then I poured oil on the pan When the oil is thoroughly heated Then I put an egg on the potato tikki When the oil is hot enough, add the potato tikkis. After that I turned the gas on low flame so that the potato tikkis get cooked properly. Cook one side thoroughly first.When the potato tikkis are completely free from one side So I changed it to the other side Then free the blue tikki thoroughly from the other side. When the potato tikkis are completely free from both the sides, I switch off the gas stove.

Ah, I washed my hands thoroughly.

And put the potato tikkis in a plate After that I had mines and ketchup with potato tikkis and we all ate together and had a lot of fun. Aloo Tikki was very enjoyable. I enioyed it.
