Dealing with such pupils is not easy, thank God they improved.
That reminds me of my experience during my service year in a secondary in Osun State. As a Corp member teaching government, I was explaining the meaning and purpose of voters card to the students to the point that I had to use an AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM) as an illustration that, if you don't have ATM CARD, you cannot withdraw from an ATM MACHINE, and that is how voters card be, if you don't have it, you cannot vote.
Immediately after the explanation, I asked them to explain what I just said about voters card, and non of them can explain. A teacher that was there had to deal with them.
It is always good to see what will motivate one in his or her work.

Such children can make things hard and frustrating for the teacher. It's always draining, too, unlike having to teach some children and they'd understand immediately, making teaching process faster and fun.
