Harvesting coffee with local farmers in the rain

Hello Hivers in the Photofeed community, another coffee harvest season has come. Every year around this time, coffee farmers are excited about harvesting the "red gems" on their farms.

Today I had the opportunity to join in that happy work with the people of Kon Tu Ma village, a small village hidden behind the forest. Despite the rain, the villagers still harvested coffee because they were worried that if they let the coffee ripen too much, it would fall to the ground.

Here, the community spirit is very high, so they often work together, both the elderly and children. They were at the coffee farm early. And because it was raining, they had to wear raincoats to harvest the coffee. In the cold, they still worked enthusiastically. To me, those images are beautiful. We, who drink coffee every day, should be grateful to these farmers.
