Happy day, I hope you have already had your daily cup of coffee, and if not, make yourself a cup of coffee and join me in this review of a new coffee shop that I found in the city of Bogota, in the town of Chapinero, a new and different coffee shop that has many details that fascinated me.
This day I was looking for a coffee shop because for me to know new coffee shops is a pass time, and also fundamental for my learning in the world of coffee, being Colombia one of the best places to do it, and where I have learned a lot about it.
I found the cafeteria called Cocodrilo, located in front of the Plaza de los Hippies, a well known place in the city and also quite busy, as it is exactly at the height of a main avenue called carrera séptima, in fact one of the most popular and beautiful races.
I found this place that in facade I did not imagine that it was a cafeteria, but there was a sign at the entrance and in front of the door was a staircase so I decided to enter.
At the moment I entered I noticed that there were some tables with some cups and some coffee implements, and at that moment they were just starting a coffee tasting in this coffee shop, in fact the first one they were doing, since apparently it is new so this is the beginning to experience new horizons, educating customers, and teaching us to understand coffee in its maximum representation.
I on the other hand, today I went for a matcha tea in lactose free and hot milk, I didn't go for the coffee, because I am also curious about matcha tea, I like to find the perfect place as it is not always good enough so to try them and find the place that I feel comfortable with and tastes perfectly fine, it is very sure that I would come back, and of course I would recommend it.
As for the taste of my matcha it was good, although I like a very thick matcha, the intense color of matcha green, and with a strong flavor, this on the other hand, was rich, but quite soft in my opinion, a fairly light color and I enjoyed it, but I will continue in my search for the best matcha in the city, on the other hand the place seemed to me quite comfortable, having a quite comfortable work space, a quiet and very cool place to hang out, to work for a while, to be comfortable enjoying a coffee with something to snack, and sometimes have the provision of a coffee tasting, which will cost approximately 75. It is worth it because you will learn a lot about coffee and you will no longer see it in the same way, awakening a greater curiosity for this art.

Feliz dia, espero que ya hayan tomado su taza de café diaria, y si no, hazte un cafecito y acompáñame en este review de una nueva cafeteria que encontré en la ciudad de Bogotá, en la localidad de Chapinero, una cafeteria nueva y diferente a las que he ido, y que tiene muchos detalles que me fascinaron.
Este dia estuve en busca de una cafeteria porque para mi conocer nuevas cafeterias es un pasa tiempo, y tambien fundamental para mi aprendizaje en el mundo del café, siendo Colombia uno de los lugares propicios para hacerlo, y donde he aprendido mucho al respecto.
Encontré la cafeteria llamada Cocodrilo, ubicada al frente de la Plaza de los Hippies, un lugar bastante conocido en la ciudad y tambien bastante transcurrido, ya que queda exactamente a la altura de una avenida principal llamada carrera séptima, de hecho una de las carreras mas populares y bonitas.
Encontré este lugar que en fachada no me imagine que fuera una cafeteria, pero había un letrero en la entrada y al frente de la puerta estaba una escalera así que decidí entrar.
En el momento que entre me fije que habían algunas mesas con algunas tazas y algunos implementos de café, y es que en ese momento precisamente estaban empezando una cata de café en esta cafeteria, de hecho la primera que hacían, ya que aparentemente es nueva así que este es el comienzo para experimentar nuevos horizontes, educando a los clientes, y enseñándonos a entender el café en su maxima representación.
Yo por el contrario, hoy me fui por un te matcha en leche deslactosada y caliente, no me fui por el café, porque tambien soy curiosa en te matcha, me gusta encontrar el sitio perfecto ya que no siempre es suficientemente bueno así que probarlos y encontrar el lugar con el que yo me sienta cómoda y sepa perfectamente bien ¿, es muy seguro de que volvería, y claro que lo recomendaría.
En cuanto al sabor de mi matcha estuvo bien, aunque me gusta un matcha bien espeso, del color intenso de verde matcha, y con un sabor fuerte, este por el contrario, estaba rico, pero bastante suave a mi parecer, un color bastante claro y si me lo disfrute, pero seguiré en mi búsqueda de el mejor matcha en la ciudad, por otro lado el lugar me pareció bastante cómodo, teniendo un work space bastante cómodo, un lugar tranquilo y muy chévere para pasar el rato, para trabajar un rato, para estar cómodo disfrutando de un café con algo de picar, y en ocasiones tener la disposición de una cata de café, que tendrá un costo aproximado de 75.000$ pesos Colombianos, nos USD 18 o 19$, valiendo la pena porque aprenderás mucho sobre el café y ya no lo veras de la misma manera, despertando una curiosidad mas grande por este arte.
