FungiFriday ~ lots of MUSHROOMS in a FAIRYTALE setting… 🍄‍🟫🧚🏻‍♀️

Hi all 👋🏻 😊

Not that long ago I was on a long hike in a nearby forest… It had rained for days 🌧️ so new mushrooms could be found I was sure. Halfway the hike, I found some very well hidden mushrooms in an almost Fairytale 🧚🏻‍♀️ setting I wanted to share with you today. Come along and check them out 😁

The 11 mushroom photos are taken on 17 August 2024 during a hike in a nearby forest 🌳 🌲

Let’s have a closer look at these mushrooms now.

They are almost #hidden in the #vegetation that grows on and around a tree stump. I found little clusters of the #cutest white mushrooms between this vegetation.

I love the setting they are in… it feels like a #FAIRYTALE… 🧚🏻‍♀️ the amount of different plants, mosses and other vegetation is crazy in such a small spot. Look closely and discover them all 🤓

Back to the other group… shown in a different angle.

I focussed on the largest cap… it is very translucent and one can see the #gills very well. So #fragile they look.

I like this photo, it is my second favourite next to the first photo 😎 I didn’t want to disturb their surrounding by removing those stems/leaves… hehehe it gave the photo something extra.

Standing up, half way… I show you from higher up now their setting.

More clusters hidden on top of the tree stump and between forest vegetation 😊
