Do you understand that he provides liquidity to the token? So people can get out of it if they need to?
If he was issuing more tokens to himself to devalue the price and sell, then that would be market manipulation.
But him getting tokens from his delegation on the same market conditions as everybody else, is fair..
He stops people trading by his personal account buying the low and reselling.
No he is placing a higher bid to stop anyone else getting a trade and undercutting the low sell.
I would still say he is providing liquidity.
But if I did what he is doing, would that be okay since I have no ties to the project?
That is the point I am trying to get across to him.
Any account associated with the token should not be doing high and low.
I know this and how it works, I have a token, I make sure the value against HIVE increases.
I am sure you heard me talk before and know how deep I go in thought.
He should have used an unknown alt.
Is that a Yes or a No?
I could technically setup a Market maker, with the same settings as him and borrow money from the project and back the loan slowly overtime and that would still be ok since I have no ties to the project?? xD
That is what he says he is doing, He has a market maker account but uses his personal.
Anyone outside of the project is not restricted by the project.
Yes you are fine to do high lows. But the CEO of the project doing the same thing?
As long as its something everybody can do and it doesn't manipulate the price I really can't see a problem with it.
@thehive
Listen carefully, please!
@dlmmqb sold PAKX what it got from its approx 5k hp delegation to pakx.
Why sell at 3 hive? Because I wanted to buy a gift for someone urgently. While you may argue I should have sold them for higher is a different debate but you also know that no one would buy them quickly if they were placed at a 5 hive order. So you could buy them cheap at 3 hive and sell them at 5 hive?
(I think this confused you and you thought of something else)
@dlmmqb is not the market maker and has never been.
Now coming towards the market maker:
https://he.dtools.dev/@dlmmqb.pakx?symbol=PAKX
As u can see this was the market maker. @dlmmqb.pakx
Bought barely 5 pakx and never sold them. You triggered its buy order for the first time. Do you know why? Its settings were done in a way that it never triggered sell orders. Thank you for bringing it to my attention I tested it and It placed its first-ever sell order, which I now also closed manually.
@dlmmqb.pakx account is closed for an extended period, maybe even forever.
Ye should have said fuk all,
Yea Sell your own tokens at your own price if you get them from commission.
You are the low and the high bid. The project undercuts other sells to get its sell first and also has the highest bid. You are the project.
Controlling the high and low of a token is called something.
I said what I had to say. You got people to attack me in discord for your defence. I ripped that apart.
Hit me in discord if you want to discuss.
Doing so here will look negative.
I don't see any problem with what he is doing. He is providing liquidity for the token simple as that.Nothing to discuss. I think you are wrong and I support @dlmmqb and what he is does here on Hive :)
