POB FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs) AND PICTORIAL ANSWERS

This post will be very useful for the newbies.
When I was a newbie, these are the questions I asked my friend who invited me to this community and I got answers to everything.

Although there are series of questions and answers in the FAQ section, so you can always go there if there’s anything you don’t understand.
The reason why I’m writing this post is that I discovered that there are no picture representation of how we can go about these things that’s why I decided to give out the picture representation and step by step process on how we can go about it.

I believe everybody including the newbies knows what POB is all about. But Incase you don’t know, POB is a community where you post contents and get rewards on every content you post.

So let us ask ourselves some questions.

1. WHAT IS STAKING ALL ABOUT AND HOW DO I STAKE MY POB

Like I said earlier, when you post a content, you’ll get rewards on every content you post. So, your reward will be divided into 2, half of the reward will go to the curator(curators are those that gave you the rewards) and the remaining half will goes to your wallet.

So the next thing is to stake your rewards. By staking, then you are ready to become a curator.
So click on wallet and take a look at the picture below and see how you can stake your POB.

When you click on Redeem Reward, the reward will go into your wallet then you can stake

2. VOTING POWER, UPVOTING AND HOW CAN I UPVOTE A POST

Your voting power depends on the amount of your POB power. for example, my POB power is about 499 and my 100 percent voting power is around 0.34.
Someone with 2000 POB power might have a voting power of about 1.5 or more.
So when upvoting, you can decide to give a content your 100 percent voting power and you may decide to reduce it.

3. WHAT IS HBD AND HOW CAN I CONVERT MY HBD TO HIVE ?

HBD is also known as hive dollar, curators can also reward you with hive dollar.
You will find you hive dollar in you have wallet.
Take a look a the picture below to see how you can convert your hive dollar to hive.

4. WHAT IS PLAGIARISM AND HOW CAN I AVOID IT

Plagiarism is an act of coping someone else’s content and claiming to be the rightful owner.
So when you plagiarize, you get downvote. That is why it is advisable not to copy someone else’s content.

5. HOW DO I TRANSFER POB TO ANOTHER USER

All you have to do is go to wallet, click transfer then enter the receivers username as shown in the picture below.

6. WHAT IS DELEGATION AND HOW CAN I DELEGATE

Delegation is when you give part of your POB to someone that has a very huge stake on proofofbrain and you get certain amount of POB in return every week.
To delegate, all you have to do is go to playstore on Android or AppStore on IOS device and download hive keychain, then login with you details.
Log in and navigate to the browser and type tribaldex.com . on getting to tribaldex, login with you username, and you’ll see all the token you’ve earned so far.
