The statue its the Gedo Mazo (Outer Path), this statue its the shell of the Juubi (ten tails) if you put in the 9 tail beasts that statues change to a destroyer 10 tails beast and have a massive chakra
in front of the statue, you can see Uzumaki Nagato, he is the leader of Akatsuki (after Yahiko) and he was named himself God because he have the Rinnegan and he was too powerful
