I don't remember if this thought was said, but it's still spinning in my head. Once again, the phrase caught my eye: an artist must be hungry. I have always perceived it in such a way that the message from these words is actually positive. And it turns out it's not about poverty at all. It turns out that when you don't eat more than usual, and you manage to maintain or find a stable position of your psyche, you become more sensitive. Harmony is felt more vividly and you soar above the problems. There is a feeling of fullness and satiety. And in my opinion, a different creativity is born from such a state.
