Me fascina la cocina e innovar platos especialmente nutritivos. Esta es una receta de Pasta con acelga y jamón, una de mis preferidas a la hora de elegir pasta, porque es fácil de hacer y muy nutritiva, poco costoso, y solo necesitamos 20 minutos de nuestro tiempo. Este vegetal, es bastante esencial en las dietas en donde queremos aportar un punto nutritivo y de muchas vitaminas, nada mejor que vegetales para nutrir nuestro cuerpo.
I love cooking and innovating dishes, especially nutritious ones. This is a recipe for Pasta with chard and ham, one of my favorites when choosing pasta, because it is easy to make and very nutritious, inexpensive, and we only need 20 minutes of our time. This vegetable, is quite essential in diets where we want to provide a nutritious point and many vitamins, nothing better than vegetables to nourish our body.
Las iniciativas son muy divertidas, me encanta participar en ellas sobre todo cuando se trata de estos temas como las mascotas en especial los perros .los mejores amigos del hombre, esos animalitos que nos enseñan el valor del amor y la amistad y dan la vida por nosotros. Por eso este es uno de los post escogidos como los mejores del mes.
The initiatives are a lot of fun, I love to participate in them especially when it comes to these topics such as pets, especially dogs, man's best friends, those little animals that teach us the value of love and friendship and give their lives for us. That's why this is one of the posts chosen as the best of the month.

Aquí en este post presento una faceta diferente, nunca me había atrevido a hacer algo sobre belleza, así que disfruté un montón mostrando una mascarilla que involucra el cuidado del cabello, porque tener un cabello sano y brillante es el sueño de toda mujer. Las quimioterapias debilitaron y maltrataron mi cabello así que buscando y probando diferentes mascarillas naturales para hidratar y darle brillo a a mi cabello, encontré esta de maizina con aceite de coco, que además de ser fácil de preparar, los resultados son sorprendente, espero que le hayan gustado esta receta a mi me funciona de maravilla, si no la han probado espero que vuelvan a leer este post y copien la receta y la pongan en práctica.

Este post lo siento como un compromiso que le hacemos a nuestra madre tierra para cuidarla y preservarla, porque cuando reciclamos conseguimos un efecto positivo sobre la naturaleza, además que estamos dando un nuevo uso a aquellas cosas que tenemos en casa. I feel this post as a commitment we make to our mother earth to take care and preserve it, because when we recycle we get a positive effect on nature, plus we are giving a new use to those things we have at home. I love these #hive initiatives, where they create awareness to people so we can live in a better world.

¿Quién se resiste a demostrarle su amor a esta maravillosa plataforma?, si con #hive he tenido una de mis mejores experiencia porque a través de ella he aprendido tantas cosas y me ha ayudado a tener éxito en mi vida desde que comencé a trabajar en esta plataforma. Para mí esta fue una de mis mejores publicaciones, en este post pude agradecerle todo lo que ha hecho por mí, ella vino para quedarse en mi vida con muchas oportunidades de crecer rápidamente con resultados positivos y satisfactorios.
