How to Make Crispy Mozzarella Cilok

Back again with me Jodi and Ema on the blog of food and snack recipes that are very easy for you to make yourself at home without requiring a lot of money and time. Happy Eid Al-Adha to all of you who are celebrating it and I hope you are doing well without any problems. Well, this week Ema and I will share a unique recipe that you will definitely like. Cilok is a fried food or snack that is very popular in Indonesia, this cilok is already widespread and cilok is sold at a low price. Not a few people have modified cilok with various types of ingredients and different fillings. For those of you who are interested in this cilok mozzarella, just look at the recipe below. Well, the ingredients for making cilok mozzarella are certainly not expensive and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, tapioca flour, breadcrumbs, salt, seasoning, ground pepper, eggs, chopped garlic and hot water. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare enough mozzarella cheese and then cut the mozzarella cheese into cubes until it's finished with a size that is not too big

The second step, after you have diced the mozzarella cheese until finished, then prepare a place and put 5 tablespoons of flour, 5 tablespoons of tapioca flour, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of ground pepper, half a teaspoon of seasoning and 2 cloves of garlic which has been refined. Then, stir the dry mixture until well blended.

The third step, after the dry dough has been stirred until well blended, then add 5 tablespoons of hot water and after that stir using a spatula until the dough is completely blended and also soft.

The fourth step, after the dough has been stirred until it is well mixed and soft, the next thing you have to do is prepare the breadcrumbs and 1 egg that has been beaten like the photo above.

The fifth step, after the eggs and breadcrumbs have been prepared, the next thing you have to do is take enough dough and then place it on the palm of your hand, then put the mozzarella cheese cubes and cover tightly. Repeat this step until all the dough is done.

The sixth step, after all the dough has been filled with mozzarella cheese, then put all the dough into the egg and spread the dough evenly. Repeat until everything is done.

The seventh step, after all the dough has been dipped in the egg, then again, dip the dough into the breadcrumbs until all sides are exposed to the breadcrumbs. Repeat until all the dough is done.

The last step, after all the dough has been dipped into the breadcrumbs and eggs, then prepare a frying pan and put enough cooking oil. Then, just heat the cooking oil for a few minutes. After that, put all the dough into the pan and fry until all sides of the dough are brown on low heat.

And finally, you can serve crispy mozzarella cilok for your family or friends. To make it more delicious, you can add chili sauce to make the cilok more spicy and delicious. The taste of the cilok is very soft and the mozzarella cheese melts in the mouth. Cilok is very suitable to be eaten with hot tea. What do you think ? Do you like it ? Give your feedback.
