Due to the pandemic, our team had to divide into remote work and field work, which is why we did not meet again after a long time.
Last week our mock audit was an opportunity to meet each other again. In which, in addition to training for the inspection of each area, we had the opportunity to share a delicious lunch and spend an experiential moment in the field harvesting tomatoes and peppers in our Casa Moche.
It is worth mentioning that it was also a reason for the new members to meet the entire team, since surprisingly not all the members of the team knew each other.

Por motivo de la pandemia nuestro equipo tuvo que dividirse en trabajo remoto y trabajo de campo, razón por la cual no nos reencontramos después de mucho tiempo.
La semana pasada nuestro simulacro de auditoría fue ocasión para volvernos a encontrar entre todos. En el cual, además de capacitarnos para la inspección por cada área, tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir un delicioso almuerzo y pasar un momento vivencial en campo cosechando tomates y ajíes en nuestra Casa Moche.
Cabe mencionar que también fue motivo para que los nuevos integrantes conozcan a todo el equipo, pues sorprendentemente no todos los integrantes del equipo se conocían entre sí.
