This is my first post on This platform , A friend told me about this good food recipe sharing platform , These days most people are in quarantine and every one is carving for homemade food, Today made This 100% hygenic white cashew creamy karahi at home i will share recipe here so that people at pandemic of coronavirus could be able to make resturant style homemade food high in quality and great taste. @vancouverdining
ingredients
Cashew 20 Gram
Milk Cream 200 Gram
Butter 50 Gram
zeera 1 TSp
red chilli 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 Tsp
Lemon 2 Pcs
long pepper 1/2 Tsp
White pepper 1/2 Tsp
black pepper 1 Tsp
Garam masala 1/2 Tsp
Dry coriander 1 Tsp
Green pepper 5 pcs
Garlic for garnishing
Garlic 1 Tsp
Ginger 2 Tsp
Onion 3 Medium size
Long 3 pcs
Daarcheeni 1 pcs

Making and prepation
add oil and put chopped onion into it . let it golder brown , add ginger garlic paste into it , Then take 200 gram yogurt add spices into it , first long zeera and darchini should be roast on tawa , then put it into yogurt, Then add yogurt into oil of onion and cook it in middle flame add chicken 1 Kg into it and let it cook on medium flame add some butter into it and let it cook for at least 10 minute on golden flame.
after chicken is cooked add cream into it let it fry on high flame , then add coriander , all spices like long pepper blackpepper , red pepper , green pepper and let it dry and when oil become saprete from chicken , add green coriender and green chilli into it and add some ginger flakes for garnishing. after cook add some cream again and add 2 lemon into it for better taste enhancement.
Your tasty chickne karahi is ready now serve it with mint raita and Tandoori roti , The flavour is really amazing to taste and easy to digest.
