And here we are friends, taking on new challenges, who would have thought it, without looking for it and here I am preparing for a playoffs, where there are a series of tests that I have to face, but well with open arms and attitude I assume the challenges that come my way, and of course we must prepare to take on these challenges in the best way, always giving the best of us.
This week together with the group that will be participating in the heats we will be training several types of speeds, since the tests in which we will participate are the speeds in 400 mts, 100 mt and 1500 mts, in addition to the 10k, if that becomes interesting these heats, well here we are going to give the best of us. In this training of speeds number 1 of the week we plan to do speeds of 400 mts, which is a complete lap around the stadium, these speeds for me are very challenging, although you know that the speeds are not my favourite training, if I must have it scheduled in my routines as it is vital to advance.
Para iniciar el entrenamiento realice un calentamiento previo aproximado de 15 mts, luego comenzamos con las series de 400 mts, realizamos 5 series de 400 mts, la ultima vuelta la hicimos a velocidad maxima permitida por cada uno de acuerdo a sus ritmos, si senti como me picaba toda la piel al terminar, se siente muy bien al terminar las series, la broma esta en comenzar jejeje, ya que lo logramos, sea como sea. En el lugar estaban entrenando otros corredores de experiencia y nos compartieron consejos, uno de ellos quedo en explicarnos a mi compañera y a mi como salir en las velocidades de 100 mts, asi que pautamos un encuentro con el, que honor recibir consejos de personas con mucha experiencia, y que compartan sus conocimientos, experiencias, ademas que se agradece la dispocision en ayudar.

In the place were training other runners of experience and they shared us advices, one of them was explaining to my partner and me how to go out in the speeds of 100 mts, so we pautamos a meeting with him, that honor to receive advices of people with a lot of experience, and that they share their knowledge, experiences, in addition that is appreciated the dispocision in helping..
Y a pesar de las altas temperaturas, el climas estaba bien agradable, claro no fuimos tan temprano ya casi eran las seis de la tarde. Y aqui seguimos mis queridos runners, siempre activos haciendo lo que tanto nis gusta.
