Friends, have you ever eaten pakcoy vegetables??? Pakcoy is a type of green vegetable that is still related to mustard greens. Pakcoy or pakchoy or pak choi is also often called spoon mustard because of its broad leaves and curved bottom like a spoon.
There are many types of pakcoy, ranging from red pakcoy, green, white pakcoy, baby pakcoy, and many more.
The nutrients contained in pakcoy are also diverse, ranging from vitamins K, A, C, and E, folic acid, protein, manganese, and calcium.
Pakcoy also contains dietary fiber and the amino acid tryptophan. Because of its many nutrients, it is highly recommended for you to process it more often into daily meals for your family.
Pakcoy is one of the many types of green vegetables that are easy and quick to harvest. Pakcoy is also classified as a vegetable that is quite in demand, be it the harvest or the seeds.
Not only is it easy to be processed into various dishes, how to grow pakcoy is very easy and also has a very short harvest time, which is about 30 to 45 days after planting.
Planting pakcoy also doesn't have to be in a large area of land, all kits like you can grow it at home with a variety of growing media, from soil to hydroponics. Farmers here plant a lot of land patterns because it does not cost a lot of money. All Liketu friends can cultivate this plant in their respective home pages.
