It was a steamy 24 degrees celsius for the 7am start at Wishart parkrun this morning on the south side of Brisbane, Australia. I wore my fast shoes today for the first time in months but could not get into it. Stuck behind some walkers on a narrow path at the start then my hamsting felt to tight to get up to full speed. Still happy with a decend workout on a hot humid day.
My fourth time a Wishart in a time of 28:17 a long way of my personnel best of 21:33

Hmmm... I realized recently that I cannot run... I have some sort of problem with my lower legs I need a doctor or physio to look at.
I mean... I CAN run a short distance if my life depended on it... but I will sustain injury. Even jumping a bit results in swelling and pain in my Achilles tendons.
For me its all about what I can do with where I am at, As I age I need to maintain a full range of body movement, strength and I cant get away with not eating clean anymore.
