As Splinterlands was taking a lot of my time, I've been using a bot for a long time... To be honest, I didn't bother to check how it goes, but when I saw your post, I had to take a look... :)

My 7-day earnings were around 190 SPS (so, it should cover Wild Pass expenses), and the rest of the days should be a profit... Tbh, I know that it's peanuts, but I didn't want to sell my cards and that was the only way to "use them"... Oh, yes, the bot has around 50% win ratio, and it reach Diamond 1 at the end of the season... Before the newest flood of mega-giga-new-cards, it was reaching Champ3 with the same cards...

Also, I still play manually Brawls with my old cards and it is still a lot of fun... those 7-8 battles every 3-4 days are perfect for my "free time"...
