Mall Day After Exams: A Walk, Window Shopping, and Arcade Games

My friends and I always have a special routine after school: we head to SM Santa Rosa, a 20-30 minute walk from our school (yes, we walk...gotta save those pesos!).

First stop? The bookstore, where we indulge in some guilt-free window shopping, soaking in the latest releases and dreaming of future purchases.

Feeling the heat after our walk, we reward ourselves with ice cream ! ! ! A must-have after all that heat (even though we could have taken the jeepney XD).

By noon, our stomachs start rumbling, so we head to Chooks to Go for a delicious and affordable lunch. ️

Next comes the highlight of our day: Tom's World arcade! ️ With only 2 dollar or 100 philippine peso , we score 27 tokens, dividing them equally among our five-person squad. My friends and I battle it out in Tekken, and despite my valiant button-mashing (oops!), I manage to sneak in a victory round!

To wrap up our mall adventure, we grab another ice cream. Hey, you can never have too much ice cream on a hot day, right? We end the day by watching people glide across the ice rink, enjoying the festive atmosphere and the company of friends.⛸️

It might not be a luxurious adventure, but for us, these simple post-exam outings are filled with laughter, bonding, and sweet memories. And that's priceless. ☺️❤️
