ALONE with the Kid and the Cats

I had the opportunity to stay at home when my husband left for travel to another country.
Don't get me wrong. It is a privilege given by the company he works with. They get to travel every year for free. All expenses paid by the company. Though in the previous years, they traveled in other parts of the Philippines. But this time, the company opted for outside the country.

Anyway, I had to take a few days leave to look after our son. And alone time with him means alone time with our cats.

Our cats are generally not allowed to stay inside the house since we had our boy. They have a sofa to sleep in the side porch of the house. But if I'm around, they get to stay inside.

Sometimes, I feel guilty. Before we had our boy, my cats were really pampered and they get to sleep with us at night.

However, things changed since our baby came.
They are no longer allowed to sleep with us. Although we make sure they are well fed and are comfortable in where they sleep.
Also, we used to cuddle them while watching tv or when doing nothing inside the house.
I guess they miss those days too.

Anyway, here they are having an afternoon nap in the sofa.

Only Uno sensed that someone is taking pictures of them.
That's four of them. The fifth one and the eldest of them all is asleep in another chair.

This is Olby and she is so grumpy. Most of the time, she hates staying with the other cats but it's her way of saying she wants special attention and wants to be cuddled too.

Cats are like kids too. They want your time and attention.
