Hello diverse! Today is Monday, my health is something annoying but I trust thy God, the owner of our life.
I will continue my story about our celebration. To remember my post yesterday, it was the students who gave us native chickens in different colors. We slaughtered them all and we ate it together. They , the students cooked and I was the one watching how to cooked better. I told them to put love as one of the ingredients of the recipe and you can surely recognize how they appreciate it.
These were the recipe we cooked, chicken adobo and pansit from fresh noodles only in the Philippines. We also had the pork adobo for a special recipe for them from the faculty members.
We made this place for taking picture of the graduates with their parents and loved ones.
We made our graduation so simple to avoid excess expenses of the parents. We agreed and that was being approved by the parent-teachers association and the students. We had one amputed legs student among them and we were happy for his survival walking in the mountain from home to school.
For me, I am so happy for the success of the graduates and their parents were so proud on it. They expressed their true gesture of happiness that money can buy. I am sentimental because they were all good to me. They visited me all the time in my room and talked just like their related family members. The head of the tribes expressed his true happiness too.
Have you notice one among the picture was a missionary from foreign land and every year, they came across the mountain to see how we are in this place.
We are the faculty member of the year 2023 -2024. We did it for the indegeneous students!
My driver, a working student will leave me and the school for his future to study his college in another place. He is like a brother to me, who washed my clothes, cooked our foods and drove me back home to the city. Goodbye, Roger!
The man in sleeveless. His two older brother Daniel were my working student until college and Dodoy is the last among sibling who worked with me. Giovanie was also my working student who is graduating in college this month.
That's all for today!
