Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about we are going to viewing the our future house. It supposed cannot viewing but, the craftsmans allow us to see inside the house since there are closed area and not many people goes there only the people that buying the house and know which one the house like us. This house finished at February next year said the foreman. Hopefully my mortage got accepted by bank so i can get this house ( or rather i said that i will be imprisoned by debt. LOL).
The road is already made using paving stone, and all the house already finished for the outside layout. But, the craftsmans need to installing Air Conditioner pipe and electrical installation. And many interior finishing need to be made. Yeah i believe it finished maybe late February or even can be late March on next year.
After seeing on the right side. It feels that the house that we pick is looking small. But, after knowing the price. I think it still better pick the house that we can afford. Maybe in the future after my financial got better we can buy the second house that bigger (maybe).
And here we are our future house. The one assets that give me title Millionare in my country ( 1 USD = 16500 Rupiah) and this house cost 60k+USD. And this is the house after facing inflation so much. When i was a kid 60K$ house is like super big Mansion. But, right now the 60k+$ it just this small. Thats really crazy. But, here we are in the corrupted and destroyed world especially many baby boomer era that always denial about their mistake and dont want to fix this problem. Only make it worse after time. Okay back to topic then...LOL.. I am going inside and forgot to take a picture since kinda focused on my mindmapping about the space that i can used and also what i need and where i need to place my belongings and stuff and so does my wife. She also make her own plans and then we are talking about that after we are arrived on house. Right now what i need to focused is made the mortage agreement first. Hopefully that after our finance ministry disburse funds to banks, the banks will give waiver of conditions to make installment mortage. And with that i can buy this house.
And in this chaotic place my son still can pose and want to cosplay as Kamen Rider Pose there. Thats very funny and can make me laugh in the middle of chaotic inside my head. Actually after calculating many times about the mortage payment. Our finance is still enough to living and having mortage expense. But since this is my first time having installment for long period i am still afraid and anxious of the future. And for the cluster housing in this area is really cool and good vibes. I love being there since many people live indifferent and make a less contact which is very suitable with me that really lazy to making new friends. Especially make a politeness conversation.
And yes hopefully my choice this time is accepted by God also.
The place looks really good even it's still not finished. I'm looking forward on the completion and sending my best wishes on the new property. We can't compare those days. When I was a kid my dad bought his house for $10k only 😂 now in Kuala Lumpur, I bought a small condominium unit and I am owing the bank $180k

That's right...it's a good idea.. planning and investing for the future is the best thing to do .the house looks good most especially if its already finished..
