Hi guys,
So this is a part two of the moon karts game that I made yesterday. If you don’t know what moon karts is yet? It’s a racing game on hive that is actually a play2earn game.
Yesterday we looked at the first part of the game mechanics which we can also refer to as the racing part. Over here we looked at the general gameplay of the game, what some of that stats mean in the game and also the racing modes.
Today we will be looking at the karts and parts of the game. So you already know that a karts means the car that you use in the game. The parts part is where you might not be familiar with.
On moon karts, parts are things like the upgrades, body parts and the rest. Let’s take a look at the karts first. First of all, you must also note that your speed, acceleration, health and handling are determined by the cards you use in game. These cards can be purchased from the in game shop. To acquire what you need to purchase it all you’ll need are the in game currency which can also be acquired from hive engine as well.
So basically there are 3 karts in the game. This karts are Primary karts, Astral karts and Lunar karts.
Primary Kart
With the primary karts which can also be called the Astro kart there factors matter here. These are the performance, visuals and availability. The performance serves as a basic vehicle as the foundation for every aspiring racer. The stats of the primary karts are basically made for suite the requirements of a beginner in this game so this means that it’s stats are not all that but it’s just made to fit what the beginner in this game can deal with.
The primary kart can reach a top speed of 70%, handling of 30%, health of 85% and acceleration of 75%. You can as well upgrade it to enjoy more stats of this Astro kart.
When it comes to visuals the Astro kart features a sleek and streamlined design. As I said it’s not a very sleek looking car when you compare it to the others but it’s made the suite a beginners taste.
This kart is also available when you sign up for the game. You can also get these kart inside packs and also merging them to upgrade them.
Astral Karts
There are two types of these karts. One is the lunocityX and the other is the Quasar sport. The lunocityX kart is a bit better than the primary kart as this kart is meant to cater for players who are past the bigger level of this game. The lunocityX a top speed of 80% which is 10% better than the primary kart. It has an acceleration of 80% also better than the Astro kart, it also has handling of 70% and health of 85%.
The Quasar sport is a different kind of kart as it concentrates more on being a stable kart. It has an acceleration of 75%, a top speed of 75%, handling of 80%, and health of 85%.
As for the visuals you know these two karts are definitely going to be better than the primary karts as well. The availability of this karts are that you’ll need to earn them from packs. However you can also earn them by placing in the top 3 of 50 races.
Lunar karts
The last one is the lunar karts. One is called the Nebula guard and the other is called the arachno eclipse. The nebula guard takes the kart racing to a different level. You’ll definitely know that this kart will outperform the 3 other karts I’ve already spoken about. The nebula kart has a speed of 90%, handling of 85%, health of 90% and acceleration of 90%.
The second being the arachno eclipse kart has health of 95%, handling of 90%, acceleration of 90 and speed of 85. This kart concentrates more on control and endurance.
These are the kart types that I’ll be talking about today. We will look at the parts aspect tomorrow.
