From The Bitmap Brothers and distributed by Vigin Intercative, the game called ‘Z’ was released in 1996 for the PC platform and the DOS and Windows operating systems.

This is a real time strategy game in ‘D’ but unlike the usual RTS games there is no resource gathering and no construction.

Players are immersed in a futuristic world where two factions, the red robots and the blue robots, fight for control of the planets.

In Z, players must carefully plan their moves, capture strategic territories, build bases and military units, and face challenging missions in an environment full of dangers and surprises.

Fast-paced gameplay and the need for strategic thinking make Z an exciting challenge for real-time strategy fans.

With vibrant graphics, an epic soundtrack and an immersive futuristic atmosphere, Z transports players into a world of epic battles and intergalactic conflicts.

Players must be alert, make quick decisions and adapt to changing situations if they are to emerge victorious in this futuristic war, where the ultimate goal is to take over the enemy's command centre.

The fight takes place on several planets and on each of these planets there are four missions.

In 1997 and 1998 it was released exclusively in Europe for Playstation and Sega Saturn consoles, developed by Krisalis Software and distributed by GT Interactive.

Since 2011 it has been available for iOS devices and a sequel, Z: Steel Soldiers, was released, which marked the move to 3D.
