Sometimes I have a severe lack of willpower. Truly severe. I get these random ideas and urges... and they literally gnaw at me until I cave in and do them.

In this instance, for the start of this new year I had the strongest, sudden, gnawing urge to make a brand new Minecraft server for the people of Hive! 😅

It's pure vanilla. No plugins or mods.
It's white-listed for protection - so that only Hive Peoples I add to the list can join the server.
Difficulty is set to 'Hard' and it's on Survival, of course.
Server uses the latest Minecraft patch - 1.21.4

I am contemplating the addition of special worlds for a possible Multiverse - like, perhaps, a contest world. May we all vie for the Hardcore Champion! Or best Skyblock base! Or something. But that's not yet. Just an idea.

I've gotten the ball rolling with a small spawn area set up, but that's about it. I'd love to set up a huge Nether Hub system at some point, but this is a fresh server. All in due time!!

I've investigated the area and loaded quite a few chunks, and have noted down some villages and biomes if you're interested in heading straight for a particular area.

There's also some boats around the water, just waiting for someone to hop in and go off on an adventure. xD

Being that it's a pure vanilla server with no plugins or anything, I just ask that you respect your fellow Minecraft players and bestow upon them the common courtesy with which you'd wish to be bestowed with. You know - not destroying/stealing/griefing other people's things. 🤷‍♀
