Hive Gaming Community - Best Video Game Memories

Very good afternoon my dear friends of the HIVE GAMING community, this is the first time I make a publication here and what better way to do it than remembering my best moments with the video games.

Muy buenas tardes mis queridos amigos de la comunidad de HIVE GAMING, es la primera vez que hago una publicación aquí y que mejor manera de hacerlo que recordando mis mejores momentos con los videosjuegos.

I don't know if now I can define myself as an active Gamer because of my work, but when I was very small I spent hours and hours playing video games on the ps2 and on the pc, although we had nintedo 64, super nintendo and ps1 I was very small and I don't remember much about that, only about the little dog that picked up the ducks when we shot towards the screen with the laser gun, and about the crash on the ps1. I have greater memories with the ps2 since I was older and that was when I began to play, being very young I did not have responsibilities like now, so this was my hobby almost always, after finishing the task I could spend hours playing and my parents did not say anything to me.

No se si ahora pueda definirme como un Gamer activo debido a mi trabajo, pero cuando era muy pequeño pasaba horas y horas jugando videojuegos en el ps2 y en la pc, aunque tuvimos nintedo 64, super nintendo y ps1 yo estaba muy pequeño y no me acuerdo mucho de eso, solo del perrito que recogia los patos cuando disparábamos hacia la pantalla con la pistola laser, y de crash en el ps1. Tengo mayores recuerdos con el ps2 ya que estaba mas grande y allí fue cuando comencé a jugar, siendo muy joven no tenia responsabilidades como ahora, así que este era mi pasatiempos casi siempre, luego de terminar la tarea podia pasar horas jugando y no me decían nada mis padres.

The game I mentioned before is called Duck Hunt and the truth is one of the best memories I have, maybe I was 2, 3 or 4 years old I'm not sure, and I don't know how I came to play it at that time, because the nintendo was already very old and recently they were launching the ps2, but it is something I can't forget. I always fought with my brother to be able to play on the consoles, and as I am the youngest one, I always ended up winning and they let me play, I also remember that once in one of our fights we ended up breaking the laser gun that the nintendo brought, and without this we could not do anything else, we could not play the duck hunt again so I think this was the end of nintendo for us.

El juego que mencione antes se llama Duck hunt y la verdad es uno de los mejores recuerdos que tengo, quizás yo tenia 2, 3 o 4 años no estoy seguro, y tampoco se como llegue a jugarlo para esa época , por que el nintendo ya era muy viejo y recientemente estaban lanzando el ps2, pero es algo que no puedo olvidar. Yo siempre peleaba con mi hermano para poder jugar en las consolas, y como soy el menor siempre terminaba ganando y me dejaban jugar a mi, ademas recuerdo que una vez en una de nuestras peleas terminamos rompiendo la pistola láser que traía el nintendo, y sin esto pues no podiamos hacer mayor cosa, ya no podiamos jugar de nuevo el duck hunt asi que creo que este fue el fin de nintendo para nosotros.

Since I was a child I always liked racing video games and the one I remember the most without a doubt is crash team racing for ps1, I could play it for hours and hours without stopping, and from time to time my school friends would come to my house to play, we had the 4 control adapter so we would make bets, the one who won would get some prize. The most difficult thing was to play with 4 split screens, it was not easy to concentrate watching one single frame, but still it was very funny to see when your traps worked against the other players.

Desde pequeño siempre me gustaron los videojuegos de carreras y el que mas recuerdo sin duda alguna es crash team racing para ps1, podia jugarlo horas y horas sin parar, y de vez en cuando mis amigos de la escuela venían a mi casa para jugar, teníamos el adaptador de 4 controles entonces hacíamos apuestas, el que ganara se llevaba algún premio. Lo mas difícil era jugar con 4 pantallas divididas, no era fácil concentrarse viendo un solo cuadro, pero aun así era muy divertido ver cuando tus trampas funcionaban contra los otros jugadores.

And now that I remember it and it comes to my memory, another game that I used to play a lot on ps1 is spiderman, another of the video games that I liked the most when I was a kid, I still remember that I never completed the missions I just walked around the city and the buildings, the power to fight the enemies, climbing walls, trapping them with spider webs and awakening the spidey sense I remember it completely, I even remember that if you used the web a lot to jump between buildings you could be left without it and fall, and I also remember that at the end of every spiderman imprison all the villains.

Y ahora que lo recuerdo y me llega a la memoria, otro juego que solía jugar mucho en el ps1 es spiderman, otro de los videojuegos que mas me gustaba cuando era pequeño, aun recuerdo que nunca completaba las misiones solo paseaba por la ciudad y por los edificios, el poder luchar contra los enemigos, trepar paredes, atraparlos con telaraña y despertar el sentido arácnido lo recuerdo completamente, incluso recuerdo que si utilizabas mucho la telaraña para saltar entre edificios podías quedarte sin ella y caer, y también recuerdo que al final de todo spiderman encarcela a todos los villanos.

Now when I had the PlayStation 2, I had too many video games, I don't know the exact amount but I can assure you that they were more than 100, the ones I dedicated more time to were the Grand Theft Auto, to be exact Vice City and San Andreas, I played too many hours and I didn't get tired, some missions were very difficult and I had to repeat them up to 4-5 times, for example the Vice City the mission of the helicopter was called "Demolition" and I believe that only to that mission I dedicated about 5 hours, I made many attempts and I always failed, until one day I did it with more calm and I could overcome it, Vice City without any doubt was one of the longest video games I played at that time, I had it both in pc and in ps2 and the funniest thing is that my aunts always told my parents "That video game is very violent, be careful because he can imitate those skills ", today I am almost 19 years old and do not imitate a single thing I did in the video game 😂, so whenever someone tells you something like that ignore them.

Ahora cuando tenia el PlayStation 2, tuve demasiados videojuegos, no se la cantidad exacta pero puedo asegurar que fueron mas de 100, a los que mas les dedique tiempo fueron a los Grand Theft Auto, para ser exactos Vice city y San Andreas, jugue demasiadas horas y no me cansaba, algunas misiones eran muy difíciles y tenia que repetirlas hasta 4-5 veces, por ejemplo el Vice City la misión del helicóptero se llamaba "Demoledor" y creo que solo a esa misión le dedique unas 5 horas, hice muchooos intentos y siempre fallaba, hasta que un día lo hice con mas calma y pude superarla, Vice City sin duda alguna fue uno de los videojuegos mas largos que jugué en esa época, lo tenia tanto en pc como en el ps2 y lo mas chistoso es que mis tias siempre le decian a mis padres "Ese videojuego es muy violento, tengan cuidado por que el puede imitar esas aptitudes", hoy en dia tengo casi 19 años y no imite ni una sola cosa que hacia en el videojuego 😂, así que siempre que alguien les digan algo así ignorenlos.

And well San Andreas was very similar to Vice City, with a different history, and well some improvements for being newer, here you could swim and not drown as in the previous GTA, the best thing was to learn the tricks of the game to activate fast cars, or flying 😂, this had no comparison, I took hours to learn a topic for an exhibition, but 100 keys could be learned in minutes, triangle + X + square + circle + up arrow, hahahaha I will never forget that, or when you had 5 stars and did not want to die you activated the trick so that the police would not pursue you anymore.
And I emphasize again that nothing I did in this video game made me have violet or psychopathic abilities in everyday life towards people.

Y bueno San Andreas era muy parecido a Vice City, con otra historia diferente, y bueno algunas mejoras por ser mas nuevo, aquí podías nadar y no ahogarte como en el anterior GTA, lo mejor de todo era aprenderse los trucos del juego para activar autos veloces, o voladores 😂, esto no tenia comparacion, yo tardaba horas en aprenderme un tema para una exposicion, pero 100 claves las podía aprender en minutos, triangulo + equis + cuadro + circulo + flecha hacia arriba, jajajaj eso jamas lo olvidare, o cuando tenias 5 estrellas y no querías morir activabas el truco para que la policía no te persiguiera mas.
Y vuelvo a recalcar que nada de lo que hice en este videojuego me hizo tener aptitudes violetas o psicópatas en la vida cotidiana hacia las personas.

Also as a good lover of racing video games my favorites were the need for speed, although I also liked grand tourer, but in my youth I spent a lot of time to Need for Speed Carbon, Need for Speed Most Wanted, I played them all, but these two were my favorites without a doubt.
Just by watching the trailer and images of the cars you could fall in love with this juego😍, and eventually you would realize how annoying it could be Cross🤣. Adapting to this game was easy, and even more so when in team races you had to equip your blocker, search engine or the one that gave you the slip, I will never forget this video game.

También como buen amante de los videojuegos de carreras mis favoritos eran los need for speed, aunque tambien me gustaba gran turismo, pero en mi juventud le dedique mucho tiempo a Need for Speed Carbon, Need for Speed Most Wanted, los jugué todos, pero estos dos fueron mis favoritos sin duda alguna.
Solo con ver el trailer y las imágenes de los carros ya podías enamorarte completamente de este juego😍, y con el tiempo te darías cuenta lo molesto que podía ser Cross🤣. Adaptarte a este juego era fácil, y mas aun cuando en carreras en equipos debías equipar tu bloqueador, buscador o al que te diera el rebufo, jamas voy a olvidar este videojuego.

Similarly need for speed most wanted was very similar to carbon, the story was different but Cross again appeared here, obviously most wanted was older than the other, but I played the opposite and I found out was years later, this cop with his Corvette could embitter día😂.

De igual manera need for speed most wanted era muy parecido al carbon, la historia era distinta pero Cross nuevamente aparecía aquí, obviamente el most wanted era mas antiguo que el otro, pero yo lo jugué al contrario y me entere fue años despues, este policía con su Corvette podía amargarte el día😂.

And believe it or not, thanks to these video games I learned to drive, with this I knew when to make the changes, like braking and accelerating in a synchronized car, so this did help me in a positive way in real life.

Y aunque no lo crean y parezca chistoso gracias a estos videojuegos aprendí a manejar, con esto sabia cuando hacer los cambios, como se frenaba y aceleraba en un carro sincrónico, así que esto si me ayudo de manera positiva en la vida real.

Finally my favorite horror video game, was resident evil 4, and although I'm not a lover of horror games, this one without any doubt I liked it very much, it had a good story with the main character that we all want leon s kennedy, besides being partly action-terror it was a video game that caught you and made your hair stand on end when something unexpected happened, Hearing the zombies scream "Grab it" or "Die die die", "Dying is living" was terrifying, and the most epic moment of all is when the suspenseful background music or action music starts playing, there you knew it would get interesting, even when in the first chapter one of the villagers takes out a chainsaw, there you knew the game had a lot to give. Besides there are giants, strange fishes in a lake, and you change from a village setting to a shady forest and then to an abandoned cathedral or a castle.

Por ultimo mi videojuego de terror favorito, fue resident evil 4, y aunque no soy amante de los juegos de terror, este sin duda alguna me gusto mucho, tenia una buena historia con el protagonista que todos queremos leon s kennedy, ademas de ser en parte acción-terror era un videojuego que te atrapaba y te ponía los pelos de punta cuando pasaba algo inesperado, escuchar a los zombies gritar "Agarrenlo" o "Muere muere muere", "Morir es vivir" era terrorífico, y el momento mas épico de todo es cuando comienza a sonar la música de fondo de suspenso o la música de acción allí sabias que se pondría interesante, incluso cuando en el primer capitulo uno de los aldeanos saca una moto sierra, allí sabias que el juego tenia mucho por dar. Ademas de haber gigantes, peces extraños en un lago, y que cambias de un escenario de pueblo a un bosque sombrío y luego a una catedral abandonada o un castillo.

And with this I say goodbye, these were my best memories with the video games, no doubt brings me very nice memories this time of childhood, before you did not care about the graphics, if not the plot or playability, now they focus more on giving graphics to video games and leave the quality aside.

Y con esto me despido, estos fueron mis mejores recuerdos con los videojuegos, sin duda alguna me trae muy lindos recuerdos esta época de infancia, antes no te importaban los graficos, si no la trama o la jugabilidad, ahora se enfocan mas en darle gráficos a los videojuegos y dejan la calidad a un lado.
