Bitcoin Backed HIVE (BBH) Outpost Project - November BPUD 2024

Good Day friends

This is my new monthly post, and it's a #BPUD. It stands for BBHO Power Up Day. It's another power up day I follow after Hive Power Up Day #HPUD and Leo Power Up day #LPUD. We have this #BPUD on 20th of every month.

Bitcoin Backed Hive or #BBH is a project developed and ran by @bradleyarrow. The initial token is $BBH or Bitcoin Backed Hive, and the second one is $BBHO or Bit Coin Backed Hive Outpost. Outpost is another term or vocabulary we use here on HIVE to define a tribe token.

Recently I decide not to spill everything on my post, not because I am that lazy, but I want people who read part of the information here will have to come to the other post to dig more. I have 219 staked $BBHO and I am going to add more as my participation of this event. It has nothing to do with $BBH regarding that one is a holding income token which means you will earn something by holding them... not a tribe or outpost token.

With this #BPUD right now I get myself to top 79 $BBHO staker on this blockchain. I just started using #BBH tag so I can be considered as new adopter and I think I will try to aim top 50 next year. As the users keep growing, I don't think breaking into top 50 will be simple achievable in a month.

Why I Am Promoting $BBH and $BBHO

Ok not the most important one, why do I promote this project? Power Up event is one of the most simple thing we can do to help making more engagement to the project token, however it is not the power up that matters most, it is the project and the token itself that matters more.

Personally I have seen $BBH for a long time but it just caught my attention in the last few months, especially when I got into some channel with the developer himself.

I can write a long explanation with many points here, but I will try to make this simple and fair. Fair in term I will spill out the cons too.

#BBH has one major flaw that I dislike most. It is not because it is bad and wrong, nothing to do with that. Bitcoin Backed Hive is one man project, which @bradleyarrow runs all of it himself (please correct me if I am wrong). If somehow funny things happen, for example a bear intrude his house...

then the bear ate him, we can say the project is done for good. There will be no tomorrow for #BBH.

Ok now the good thing. I believe Bradley is one of the people who genuinely cares about HIVE. He has been here for a long long time, even before the fork. #BBH is definitely not the most groundbreaking or has a stellar impact on our communities, but definitely he is building something meaningful here.

I think the project needs more supports, more engagements, and that is my reason why I join this #BPUD. I am no Whale, so I could not buy bulk token or pump the price, or delegate HP, or anything, but I could help them through this post.

The project itself is still improving, they are working together and collaborating with other project for example with @GIFU. There are some new rewards too such as $BRO and $DUO drips, but this part you need to #DYOR your self, because this is not a financial advise post.
